Aspen Dental

Was having issues with my Wisdom teeth and after going to my normal dentist and learning how much it would cost me to get them removed, I decided to shop around. I went to Aspen for the Exam and X-rays. Everyone was very friendly. I already knew from my previous dentist visit, but they informed me I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth, but they also told me I had 2 cavities. The dentist physically pointed out the teeth with cavities and showed them to me on the screen. After discussing financial information with them, I was able to get a cleaning, all 4 teeth taken out (without being put under) and my two cavities filled for half of what I was going to have to pay for just the removal of my wisdom teeth. They talked me through the entire process. The only time I was somewhat nervous was during my wait when my mouth was being numbed to begin the surgery and fillings. I had no problems after the surgery. In fact, I think my cheeks hurt more (from holding my mouth open) than having them removed and the healing process after. The worst part was the shot to numb my mouth. I will be going back there for cleanings and regular checkups.

The staff were nice but their prices have gone way up. 15 min. 1 filling 350.00. They used to be cheaper than the others but way more than my private dentist. Now aspen is more expensive. My dad is ok there. They are good with confused but ill stick with my dentist.

The assistants and other office people were nice good to work with. The dentist guy there very impersonal doesn't act like he cares about anything really. My teeth are excellent grateful for that. But made me worrisome when it seemed like I was just a number.

Well, I went in for a filling a few months ago only to have my tooth break even more plus lost the filling. They double charged you too. Yeah, I'm going to a different dentist. No thanks to you.

I went to our Local Aspen Dental here in Galesburg for repair of an upper cracked denture. The service was very good, wait time was minimal, everyone was very professional and they honored an online coupon I had for a $49 repair. Cant get much better than that. Thank you Aspen Dental!

The employees were great! Super friendly and very nice that's the only reason it's not a 1. However, the whole idea behind Aspen is a joke! It's $19 for an exam and x-rays which sounds great! They only give you an exam and will not do anything immediately. During that exam they find every little thing to try to tell you what you need fixed and make it sound as if it's life or death situations. I went in for a broken tooth. I simply wanted it taken out to stop the pain. I left there with a broken tooth still in my head, a $3000+ quote, and told i would have to at least come back for a cleaning before they could consider extracting my tooth! I was in pain I just wanted my tooth out! So needless to say I had to pay for ANOTHER dentist the same day to get my tooth taken care of. Thanks for nothing Aspen. All you are are sales people!

Very friendly staff worked me in as an emergency could not have ask for better care.

I spent the morning with our good people here at Aspen Dental because of a tooth extraction.. I am so excited to sleep through the night!! I am so excited to have this pain gone! I haven't been to the dentist in years so I was nervous how my body would respond, but Aspen has it so cozy that you'll think your at the spa! I would recommend Aspen, the staff is very friendly but the dentist could be more personable. In and out without much contact with me, the patient. Didn't care for that much. It is upsetting that they do not take the medical card, not the staffs fault but it is hard when you need to have a root canal and there are no real options. I may need a second opinion for finance purposes...

The staff is very friendly and personable. The front desk woman was rude but the dental assistants/ hygienist and other staff made up for that. I was very impressed with the professionalism from all employees. They work in a timely fashion, they take walk ins without complaints. Would highly recommend!
