I hate to leave a poor reveiw on a short experience with one person but this is the first time I ever left the dentist in tears. The lady at the front desk was nice and all of the dental assistants were super friendly and kind. I would definitely give all of them 5 stars. However, the Dr was very unfriendly and very blunt and shot out some pretty nerve-wracking information at me without explaining anything. He was definitely not someone who I wanted doing teeth work on me and I never did see any of the 18 xrays they took. I called back later with more questions and kept getting put on hold (5 or 6 times) before getting to speak to someone. I'm really hoping I just went on a bad day but it wasn't a place I would want to go back to.

This is a fantastic team and I highly recommend them. The checking process was smooth, the team was very helpful and the overall results were highly satisfying. Thank you team!

Went there to have tooth pulled. Took x-rays of each tooth in my mouth and told Me what They were going to do for my whole mouth and had a paper made up of all the charges for everything. I told them I was here for one tooth. Read after the fact that my dentist had more than one order of protections against him and left a practice to come to Galesburg. Front desk was awesome and very polite. Dentist looked someone grabbed him off the street and threw a dirty lab coat on. He put me in a headlock to pull my tooth. I told him to stop because I felt my jaw was going to break from his grip on my face. He pulled it and then said the root was still in there. Sent me home with no pain meds or antibiotic and no gauze. Nothing to flush tooth out.

Waited 3 weeks to get a tooth pulled because I was told that was there earliest appointment. When I get there they get me in right away. The dentist came in to 10 or 15 seconds to look at my tooth and I was then told and I quote, “ we are just too busy today to pull the tooth, so if you have a seat here someone will be in to set you up with an appointment to get it pulled.” Are you CRAZY!! If I were you I would go somewhere else for your dental needs. Very very poor service. They don’t care about you. They just want your money. They do procedures that they know won’t be covered by insurance and then want you to pay up front for everything. THEY’RE A JOKE!!

It was for my husband and the only thing that he wished they would have did was took the tooth out or gave him something for pain Has to wait until infection is gone but other than that he had a great experience

I was very nervous about going to another dentist due to really bad past experience somewhere else. I also didn't want to have to lose my teeth and have to wear dentures but I was treated with so much care and dignity along with leaving with dentures the same day that I have been telling everyone I know to go here. People who hasn't seen me in years didn't even know I wear dentures until I told them. I will always return here for my cleaning of my remaining teeth as well.

I had a tooth that was bothering me and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours after contacting them. I had a thorough examination and it was found that I needed two root canals and two crowns. Other options were also offered. All employees were professional in their treatment of me. I highly recommend their services..

Took my grandpa. His first appointment was canceled. So we had to go another day because his teeth really bother him. It just happened to be when we got ice the night before, however with salt it wss fine. Apens parking lot was a sheet of ice, I let the front desk know and they said they where trying to find someone to salt. I also had my baby with me. Glad none of us fell. We left 2 hours later and nothing was done about the ice. Grandpas appointment was for 8:15, we waited until 8:50 before we where seen. The restroom was gross. There was used toilet paper all over the floor. Grandpa said the dentist hardly talked to him, I had to wait in another room but asked to speak with the dentist after they looked at him. The dentist never came to talk to me. It wasn't until we got to the lady who does the finance plans that I knew what was going on. However, the front desk girls where super friendly. I would recommend them for quick dentures he will have his in about a week, but other than that I have been to better places in Galesburg.

A new office recently opened in Galesburg and it was the answer to my Mom's dental issues. Very reasonably priced! She couldn't afford a local dentist. They are friendly and really put my Mom at ease! Would recommend to anyone!! I DO recommend them lol

Everyone was very nice and concerned about your health. It sucks that they don't my insurance but incredible people. I definitely recommend them for everyone.
