After several bad experiences with past dentists, Dr.Patel and assistant Selma were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring and assuring everything would be ok. They did a great a job. Thank you. I would highly recomend them at Aspen Dental.

The dentist was excellent. Great care. At the end of visit I say down with the billing dept. and they wanted me to finance $11,000. I have great dental insurance. They did not discount my PPO discount, nor did they add in correctly everything my insurance would pay. I questioned her and she said she would call me the next day. It has now been 3 days and I've left 2 messages and still have not gotten a return call. Meanwhile, I sit in pain with an abscessed tooth, and now have to find a new oral surgeon. Great dentist, horrible billing department! I will not go back. Seems like they're scamming people and I plan on reporting this to the BBB.

We are so happy we choose to come to Aspen. The staff here have been so kind and understanding, as importantly, the team here know what they are doing. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and it is reflected in their work. If you are nervous or have been putting off getting the care you need for the health of your teeth, there's no need. From personal experience I can say that you will find support here, financially affordable with many options and encouragement, throughout the process. Dental service was great however poor billing service and administration services by both local and corporate offices is sad at best. My wife has had credit on her account for months and they do not follow up on insurance information required by our dental plan! She is constantly getting billed for non-billables which are not covered and our insurance company told us not to pay! Our son has the same situation occurring in Columbus, Ohio. They are holding on to our money and then billing us so they can keep it instead of refunding it back to our debit accounts! Beware and expect poor billing services and uncooperative receptionists when you call!!!

The doc is ok. But the wait time is terrible. They should not book clients this close together and then make them wait 30 minutes to an hour before they take you back. I've had to have regular visits for Invisilign and each time I've had to wait for over 30 minutes.
Also their billing has been messed up twice with my account. You really have to watch them.
My oldest son needed a tooth pulled and the doctor wouldn't do it so he said he would refer us to a pediatric dentist, but it was a huge mess that took almost a year to get my son seen.

Nika, Dr Patel and the billing girls are great. Overall, a very good experience. Pain-free and fast. There was a slight billing mix up so don't be afraid to ask questions about what you're responsible for paying for because there was a communication error with mine but it got cleared up fairly quickly, seriously, question everything and don't be intimidated about payment as they are pushy with that. Again, overall, good work just be an informed consumer, check with the insurance company if you're unsure.

Went to Aspen Dental last week for my boyfriend Kirk Leonard. Was having a really bad toothache on his eye teeth. They were able to fix this issue and set him up with new dentures plus financing. They were really professional through the whole process. I was impress how we didn't have to wait forever for an appointment.

Patel& Karina were the m very wonderful people. They do great work togather. If I would have recommended anyone to come here. They do the best work on teeth ever. 5 stars all way!
