Going to this place felt more like going to a car dealership. We just went for routine cleanings, they wouldn't even clean our teeth and just tried to sell us expensive procedures that we have been told are not necessary. I also don't know why they take pediatric patients if they have to refer kids out to a specialist for a basic filling.

I was extremely informed by all the staff about the condition of my teeth like no dental office ever has before! Jackie made the Xrays and scan quick and fun, and Kim fully explained any questions I had about my diagnosis in detail. Doctor Patel was very generous and professional, and Taylor made the cleaning experience quick and painless. The whole staff was great and Rachel was great at explaining all finance plans I was eligible for. 10/10 Aspen is the place to go.

My first visit was a great experience! Next week I will go back to start some dental work. I was very nervous about everything from the financials to the pain but after a consult with Dr. Patel and his staff, I feel more comfortable with everything! Great experience! The assistant Anastasia was very fast and friendly. The hygienists Taylor and Kim were very informative and genial. Dr. Patel was so nice and really explained everything well. Would highly recommend to friends and family 10/10.

It was my first time at Aspen dental everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. I went in for a cleaning and exam and was seen quick. Dr. Patel was very nice and Tiffany the hygienist was great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in what I needed to do after I left.

From the moment you walk in everyone is super nice and positive. A place like a dentist office can be a bummer but Aspen was filled with great energy from all the employees. Dr. Patel was great. Kim was amazing. But the assistants Bri, Anita along with the rest of the crew. They were my favorite part. Good conversation from good people. Honestly they all need raises considering the assistants are who you spend the majority of your appointment with. Somehow they were able to change the dull depressing environment of a dentist office, to a more relaxed and super positive time. I appreciate it!
