I couldn't ask for a better dental experience than the one I have received at Aspen Dental. I had a hard time with a previous dentist with pain so I was so nervous on my first visit. Dr. Patel is awesome. I have had 4 fillings and a root canal done and have felt no pain. He is kind, caring and does a great job! I have been recommending Aspen Dental to everyone. Their flexible hours are a plus as well. I can't say enough how great they are, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The team at machesney park office is fantastic! Highly recommend this office to everyone, very friendly and they truely care about you! Tiffany the hygienist and Dr Patel are by far the best! The front desk girl even offered and got me a glass of water while i was waiting.

Update: Every single appointment my wife or I have scheduled they want to change the times on us at least once before the appointment. Typically last minute too. It’s very frustrating and disappointing because we really like it there. What’s the point in setting an appointment time if it can’t be kept? Just make it TBD.
My first visit went very well. Every single person I encountered was extremely friendly and considerate. Kim took the time and care to explain everything I needed to know about all stages of periodontal disease and the steps I need to take in order to keep my teeth and gums healthy including all the products and how/when to use them. Rachel made sure that everything I needed was going to be something that we could afford while getting the care I needed. They have many ways to go about paying for anything out of pocket which helped us get things taken care of sooner rather than later. Dr. Patel is the first dentist I’ve been to out of three total that I’ve seen over the past 5 years regarding a “food trap” between two of my teeth where two other dentists said there wasn’t anything that could be done with it and that I’d just have to keep cleaning it out. Well the “food trap” recently broke off and became a bigger trap! Dr. Patel was able to explain why...Poor quality Army denistry all around. Cheap everything. Almost all the fillings I got in the service are junk and causing issues. Silver fillings expand and contract with temperature changes! I’ll have three root canals and multiple fixed fillings thanks to the Army when it’s all said and done. Thank you so much to everyone at Aspen.

They told me I needed over $7K in work done to my teeth. They said I needed crowns, gum treatment, invisalign, a filling and my wisdom teeth pulled. They were correct on the wisdom teeth. I got a second opinion. The second dentist agreed with the wisdom teeth but that was it. Aspen said I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. Second dentist said that was the lining of my tooth and could not find the same results that Aspen did. Very unprofessional to lie to your patients to make money. Wouldn't recommend this corporate dentistry office to anyone.

Doctor and staff are outstanding but it is the Office Manager, Rachel, that should get 10 stars! Her extreme patience in the face of dumb questions borne of nervous patients is unbelievable! There was no question too idiotic, no fear too ridiculous for her to address. Her demeanor is never snooty, never annoyed and she worked very hard to make sure my concerns were voiced to the dentist. If not for being potentially mistaken for a #metoo incident, I would have flowers and candy sent to her at the office! 😋
Great place to come if you are at all scared or nervous of dental offices. The lady that assisted Dr. Patel through my procedure was top notch as well. No judgement from anyone here, just kindness. They may not give a rat's behind about my well-being, but they sure acted like they did and I appreciate it!
