selma is the best assistant ever and was so kind and helpful! Dr. Patel made sure I understood the process and what was happening. I was very nervous about possibly needing a root canal but my tooth was able to be saved within a day. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend

The staff that helped me through my procedure were awesome--from Mandie at the front desk getting me in so quick so I could't change my mind, to Joey, Karina, Libby and Dr Patel taking care of all I needed done. They made me feel comfortable and explained and encouraged me all the way. I have my smile back and feel so much healthier. THANK YOU....

The receptionist you have working here is so beyond rude and unfriendly on the telephone. Very unprofessional and uncaring just like the
rest of the Rockford area. I have moved to Kansas now and the people working at the Aspen dental in Lawrence are a hundred times nicer than the ones at your facility.

I had Taylor as my hygienist and she was great! She thoroughly explained areas of concern with my mouth and informed me on the preventative care I could implement in my daily routine to reverse non severe symptoms and prevent new ones from occurring. I also got a pretty cool toothbrush!

Very pleasant experience. Dr. Cosic and Selma did a fantastic job with my extractions. Absolutely no pain from local anesthetic or after it wore off. Very thorough with post op instructions. Everyone was kind, considerate, and compassionate. Wish I could give 10 starts. Thank you!

I went in to get my teeth checked, I signed up to use care credit, with care credit you have to pay for all services upfront, even ones not being done that day. I came back a different day to get 2 cavities filled, they were unable to fill them due to my gag reflex. 2.5 months later and several calls to the office manager I am still waiting to be refunded to my care credit for the services I did not receive, worst customer service.

It has been such a wonderful experience here at Aspen dental! Selma and Nika are the best! They made me feel like Aspen was my second home. Dr.Patel is amazing at what he does and I could not be any more please with my experience at Aspen. Bethany and the office manager Jessica were great help and answered all my questions. Myself my wife and three kids have been patient at Aspen Dental for a few years now. Doctor Patel is an awesome person and a great Doctor, however my last encounter with someone whom I’m assuming was the reception by the name Valerie was the rudest and worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. Because of this my entire family are now going to a different dental office and will never return while this person is a part of that team!

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN!!!!!! I went for a second opinion and it turns out ASPEN was telling me I had something in which I don't per the 2nd opinion. therefore they were trying to over charge me for services I didn't need.I have dental insurance and they were still charging me $5846.00. plus $600.00 (how convenient /stimulus.) Oh and I do not need your $200.00 electric toothbrush that I only saw because I asked for a itemized bill. This is how I saw all these outrageous charges.. ASPEN will lie to you and rip you off if you let them. I am having the 2nd dentist do my work and no money is coming out of pocket and half of the work I do not need. You take advantage of alot of people . That is unhealthy business! The hygienist poked me so hard with the instrument it left a hole in 2 areas of my gums. I think she was trying to get them to bleed so they can say I have something else wrong. Plus I screamed what the heck! Come on!! Investigation definitely needs to happen for this place.
