I was somewhat nervous about having my first procedure done by Dr. Patel after reading some negative reviews. After going to the same dentist for 34 years I had to make a change. Well, it was all for nothing. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Dr. Patel extracted 4 teeth and put in a temporary partial right after. He was so good that I could not believe that he was done so quickly. All the shots, for numbing, were pretty painless. His dental assistant, Nika was so nice and made sure I knew everything I needed to do post op. I will have to say that ALL the people that work in this clinic are very pleasant and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable. On my first visit, I spent two hours getting things done that my other dentist never did. They are very thorough. Selma took good care of me that day. Don't be frightened away by negative reviews. This is a good dentist office.

DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE ON YOUR DENTURES HERE. They completley ruined my denture last month , but because they were made over a year ago theres nothing they can do. SCAM ARTISTS CONNING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. THEY RUIN YOUR TEETH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "FACILITY".

Came in for a cleaning after 2 years of seeing another dentist after mine retired. They hadn't seen me in that time period so they needed an "initial appointment" first. They told me that I had moderate periodontal disease and they were not able to clean my teeth before performing a deep cleaning coating me $1200 out of pocket. Needless to say I got a second opinion. I was told by my former dentist that he would have caught it from the last time I saw him and there was no way it could have progressed that much in that time. He referred me to someone that looked at my teeth and said "You do not have periodontal disease!" They counted a couple of 4's but no 5's OR 6 's...they went ahead and cleaned my teeth. Thank God I didn't take Aspen's word for this diagnosis. I just saved myself $1200....SCAMMERS!!

The business aspects however were not what I would say very consumer friendly. In pricing the necessary work, extras were added on to the bill which would not be covered by insurance without asking if I wanted the treatment or not, such as: fluoride and cancer check. It adds up if not caught ahead. When I approached the staff about these extra costs and that I did not want them they did take them off the bill and were very polite. I was told however by Dr Patel the bridge would be cheaper than the peg so I opted for the bridge which I am glad to have had a choice in that. I was not told however that there are two different materials that can be used nor given the choice at that time for what I prefer or would be best. I was priced with one but upon going back to have the work done I was told that the doctor recommended the other material and that would cost more. If given the choice in the first place I would have chosen the better material but the way it all played out was not in my mind good solid business practice. consumers should have a choice in every treatment they want and can afford and know this all up front to make that informed decision.
In conclusion I would recommend Dr Patel and his assistant 100%. He does excellent work, but I would ask many questions and watch the bill closely.

My experience was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and treat you with respect and kindness. I have been there three times in two weeks getting a deep cleaning and root canal and was very comfortable every time. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to friends.

Got dentures 10 years ago couldn't wear them. Would gag me, told me had to get used to them. Well it didn't happen and never got my money back. Satisfaction or your money back. RIGHT!!! Signed Toothless...don't go here for dentures, what a rip off.

So I call Aspen dental because I am in need of new dentures. I ask the receptionist if the outrageous price on the website is for each plate she tells me she can't give me any pricing over the phone I'll have to come for my initial visit. I ask her why it's on the website then she tells me those are only estimates. I ask to speak to the manager and conveniently the manager is off until next week well cancel my appointment then. Aspen will not get my business or anyone I know.

The staff is amazing. Everyone makes you feel great, even though you may feel uncomfortable. Courtney made my visit smooth and she was very efficient. She always let me know what was coming next. Rachel helped me go over payment options that made me feel at ease. They are the best.

The dentist Patel midul and his assistant Selma were amazing!!! They made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain the whole time. I'm incredibly happy with my brand new smile and the courtesy I received from them. I definitely recommend going there!!!
