I will never come back to this location. Over charged me TWICE both times for a crown, had to fight for a refund because they would rather give you credit to force you to keep coming back. Make periodontal appointments they claim you absolutely need every 3 months and then cancel your appointment and try to rebook you a month later. They have had to reschedule me at least 5 times even before Corona. Please don't waste your hard earned money going here.

Machesney park location is a joke… I had 5 teeth pulled and a temporary denture made which I lost. Upon calling to inform them I lost my temporary denture and cancel my adjustment appointment until my permanent could be made. I informed them I had a tooth bothering me that needed a filling. They refused to make an appointment for a 60$ filling until I got a 1200$ periodontal cleaning . They then canceled my appointments for having my permanent denture made as well. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone as they are rip off artists

Awsome! All top teeth pulled and dentures in all in the same week. I was so nervous about the process. There was a dental assistant named Kamille "Millie" she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and calm. It was like visiting with a long lost friend! Dr. Patel made my whole procedure seem like it was no big deal. I had minimum discomfort during the removal of my teeth! Thanks again Aspen Dental!

Very caring staff. The dr. Was very thorough with the procedure. Corina was amazing, very friendly and personable, enjoyed the time she spent with me. That said, I was sold on the top of the line dentures by the black representative. When I went back in to get get fitted for them was Informed I was getting the basic set. Which have never fit properly I WILL NEVER use this deceiving office again. Insurance will not cover a new set for 3 more yrs. So in the meantime, I have NO TEETH!!!

Husband went for a broken tooth, all they did was xray.....not even a cleaning!!! Not too sure if going back.....but they did make a treatment plan for $12,000( that's with the delta dental ppo discounts🤯) not too impressed, got better service at dental screams. They at least clean your teeth with a new patient exam, then they wonder why people hate going to the scammers/ I mean dentist 👎👎

I had a bit of a dental emergency, I lost a filling while on vacation. I don't normally go to Aspen Dental but if I lived in town I would. Dr. Patel and his staff were all so helpful and caring. Mandie was a great help on the phone when I was setting up my appointment while in the car headed into town. Joey and Karina were both very helpful and friendly, always making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. They really made me feel at ease while dealing with such a stressful situation. Thanks a lot everybody.

My 96 year old mother had a short stay at a nursing home to recover from a Covid infection. While there her lower denture was broken. Family estimates that her dentures were at least 60 years old. We did not know what to do, nutrition was a major part of her recovery and now there was an additional barrier. (Plus she just felt bad without her teeth.)Since my husband and I had a good experience with the Machesney Park Aspen Dental office, we called them. They asked us to bring in the pieces. We discussed new dentures versus possible repair of the old ones. After examining the denture they said they would try to fix it, no guarantee would be given due to the age etc. but if the repair didn’t hold, they would put the repair cost towards new dentures. The dentures were ready in a short time and they were brought home to a very happy lady. She popped them in her mouth and was ready to eat. She says they feel great! We were impressed in many ways about this experience, especially about the understanding of the whole situation and concern for the patient.

My appt at Aspen Dental was a great experience from beginning to end. Millie is GREAT at her job and is such a delight with each patient. Taylor was efficient, detailed and very friendly. This pace has hired the right people!!!
