THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. THEY CANT ANSWER NO QUESTIONS EVEN THE SIMPLE ONES. THEY TELL ME I HAVE A BALANCE OF 192.00 THAN TURN AROUND AND SAY THE SERVICES I HAD RENDERED WAS 377.62 I TELL THE GOOFEY THAT I PAID 377.62 SHE TELLS ME I HAVE THE BALANCE BECAUSE MY INSURANCE PAID LESS THAN WHAT THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO I LET HER KNOW THAT I WAS LOOKING AT THE CLAIM SUBMITTED BY THEM TO MY INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE DIDN’T PAY NOTHING. SO IF THE AMOUNT FOR MY SERVICE WAS 377.62 AND MY INSURANCE DIDN’T PAY NOTHING AND I PAID THE FULL BALANCE WHY CANT YOU TELL ME WHAT THE 192 IS FOR? EXACTLY! THAN THE GOOFEY THOUGHT SHE HUNG UP AND TRIED TO TALK ABOUT ME TO HER COWORKER LIKE I COULDN’T HEAR HER! & DIDN’T EVEN TELL THE FULL NOR RIGHT STORY TRYING MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! WRONG! YOU ONLY GOT ONE JOB AND THATS TO ASSIST THE PATIENT WHICH YOU DIDN’T DO! SAID YOU WAS GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THE ROCKFORD OFFICE BUT INSTEAD WANT TO SNEAK DISS AND DIDN'T EVEN DO IT RIGHT. THE WORLD TO SMALL FOR THAT BABY LOVE! KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL BOOKIE!

Best Dentist that I've ever been to. Very organized and professional they knew exactly what was wrong with my teeth the moment they layed me back on the chair. Taylor the best Hygienist and very straight forward what needs to been done to keep teeth nice and healthy. Will definitely come back for more future appointments.

Dentist is great but this is the 4th time I have been rescheduled for a hygienists appointment. It's always something. I get ppl have lives outside of work. The first year going there was awesome. This year they cant keep their schedule. If I wanted a diffrent time to get a cleaning I would ask. Not be told that I can be fit in after my already scheduled time. I'm sorry but I'm about to find another dentist. That's how frustrating this process has been. Your clientele makes your schedule and your paycheck not the other way around.

The whole staff was so friendly! And all the dental assistants were awesome! They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Patel was so professional and kind and very informative. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist before, I am so grateful to Dr.Patel! For years I’ve been suffering, and turned away by multiple dentists for a wisdom tooth. Dr.Patel and his assistant Karina were so kind and sympathetic, and made the whole experience completely painless. I really am just thankful beyond words to them both, especially for never once making me feel ashamed about the condition of my other teeth. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart, I can’t wait to come back and get the smile I’ve always wanted.

Walking in the office I felt welcomed right away, which really helped my anxiety.
Taylor is always friendly, funny, and makes me feel at ease about being here and really Taylor's to my needs and Taylor's her time with my cleaning. I know it may sound silly but true story. Taylor is professional and Taylor is polite. I have never had my gum disease fully Taylored to my understanding. Taylor took her time and went over my previous scans very Taylorly. I can't thank her enough for all of the education she provided me. Also Taylor is by far the best at making sure I am pain free during my cleaning.
