First experience was great. They want you to give them a 5 star rating so they can get “bonuses”. They do not care about the customers. Paid for everything I needed done ahead, now they keep rescheduling my appointments. If I hadn’t paid ahead of time I would be going someplace else. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went there for a exam and to establish care .after all exams and xrays they told me i needed to do lots of treatments and excessive cleaning. I decided to do it and then changed my mind. I called next day after they charged me $1500.00 and told them i want a refund. They said ok and only refunded me $150.00 to my credit plan. They think there slick but i keep up on everything. Now im waiting for a response to my complaint

Waste of time! Called for an emergency appointment, made it known I was going to pay cash for, and the office accepted. After xrays and my consultation, I was turned away from any further help... which was obviously needed. How can you tell me I need all of these things and then turn me away without any further information? Thank you Aspen! I will NOT be returning. This is the E. State location.

The staff was great. The hygienist Courtney explained everything she was doing. I'm going to school for dental hygiene and she gave me some great advice on it. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

Patel was exceptional in his work, he performed a complex root canal with diligence and promptness while I experiences NO discomfort.
