I have been coming to Nelson Ridge for over three years now. The office is super clean and I always feel comfortable when I come in. The staff is extremely friendly! I have seen both Dr. Kathy and Dr. Etchinson. They are both patient and professional as well as kind. I love the TVs they have. They have put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable when you come to the dentist.

Had a minor tooth emergency to a child and the staff was able to get us in within an hour. The staff was very caring and friendly which helped my son stay calm. The dentist didn't even charge for a tooth extraction since it was a rather easy removal. I wish every medical / dental office was like this. Keep up the great service!

Outstanding care! From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff greets you with a smile. You never sit for long as they are always quick to call you back. All the assistants, hygienists, and dentists are wonderful! We see them for pediatric and adult, and they are great! Very clean office! I recommend to everyone who is looking for excellent dental care!

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Every person I encountered was so kind and accommodating, from the front desk staff to the hygienists and the doctor. I had my first cavity filled here and I was really nervous, but everyone explained everything before they did it, and it was not painful at all. Overall, it’s a really nice office with fantastic staff and I’d recommend it to anyone.
