Dentistry so far is top notch. If I'm being nit picky, there are a few comfort level issues that I would like to see improvement on, but as far as safe, effective and cutting edge dentistry they are getting my business so that says something.
I do think they could take a bit more time talking with patients. I wasn't fond of the suggestion to take my 6year old back for x-rays without me, although they had no problem when I came back to supervise anyway.
I just had two cavities filled, I felt the technician was a bit not in the present, distracted by television and rough with the tools in my mouth. I also think a bit more communication in terms of open mouth, etc would have been nice.
They were pleasant, calm and reassuring through the numbing process, which was helpful. And, they fitted me awhile back for a fabulous bite guard that is more comfortable than my previous one and therefore I wear it more, which is great!!
Nelson Ridge Dental is doing quite a bit very well, just a few finesse issues and they'll get my 5star rating.

From the lady who answered my phone call, to the doctor, the assistant and everyone else.
Every person I met was nice, friendly, kind, understanding, accommodating, and very professional.

Dr. Kathy took the time to explain my options and was not pushy at all. After experiencing the atmosphere at Nelson Ridge Family Dental, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Best Dental experience I've ever had. Very professional. Friendly office staff and a beautifully decorated office as well. They have two televisions in the exam room. One is on the ceiling to watch while being examined. Very calming experience. Excellent Dentist as well.

Had gum contouring done here a couple months ago. They had such a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff! I’m always nervous going into the dentist office but this place was so welcoming polite and calming. I sinced moved to Pennsylvania and really wishing I could’ve brought this place with me!! Hands down, the best dentist visits I have ever had have been with Nelson Ridge. All of the staff and dentists are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are very partial to Dr. Kathy and Calla, they are just super special. Their office is gorgeous and comfortable. You will actually look forward to your dentist appointments ;) Wish they had 10 stars on here.
