Probably the best experience at a dental office I have ever had. The staff was extremely nice, walking me through everything they were doing and explaining why they are doing it. Extremely detailed and technology focused. After taking x-rays and pictures they take the time to walk through what they see and what needs to be checked more thoroughly. TV’s mounted on the wall and ceiling so you can watch TV as you are getting worked on. They also take the time to walk through your benefit plan and what costs if any you may incur before any services are provided. They also have extended hours which is great. Definitely an A+ practice!

Walking into the office, which is more like an upscale hotel, put my nerves at ease because I didnt feel like I was in a dental office. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind, and professional whether in person or on the phone. I was called into the treatment room at my scheduled time and was seen promptly. Dr. Keri and her assistant were very thorough and professional. The staff is very welcoming to any questions you may have and they don't rush you out the door. I highly recommend this dental practice.

They performed a very thorough examination and made accurate notes of my current oral health. I was really impressed with the process.

My wife and I are long term patents of Nelson Ridge and have enjoyed the experience but I will say that lately the front office seems to be unorganized in relationship to appointments and not listening to what the patient is saying. It appears that they are somewhat overwhelmed as the patient count has grown and I certainly hope that the small office Atmosphere that was there when Dr Paul started is not being lost. We certainly will continue to be patients and I recently recommended the place to my daughter who was a patient in a “ production “ type practice so please, please don’t turn into that.
