I could not be happier with the service I received at my last appointment. It had been several years since I had any major dental work done and I was feeling a bit anxious about it. I was worried about the pain and discomfort of having an old filling removed and a crown placed. I can honestly say that I never felt any pain whatsoever throughout the entire procedure. From start to finish Dr. Kathy and crew were very pleasant, professional and caring. I have had many dental procedures done, but this one was the smoothest by far!

I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, I have had both good and bad experiences with previous dentists and their office/staff. I will say this location was absolutely awesome, the staff was so friendly and professional. I had Inga for my cleaning, and she did an amazing job handling my overly sensitive teeth. Dr. Carry came in and very thoroughly explained treatment plans and options. I definitely recommend going here.

Everyone at Nelson Ridge is very attentive and friendly. My 11 year old needed several teeth pulled and was very anxious and the whole crew made him feel very comfortable. This group is very professional and also very good with children. Highly recommended!

First time I've ever loved going to the dentist. I used to be terrified. Pam does my cleanings and she is amazing. Dr. Paul is great. Pulled a tooth of mine and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Kathy is so sweet! I bring my 4 year old there and she was terrified to go at first, now she loves it. She sees Calla for cleanings and looks forward to going! The girls up front are so nice and welcoming. I feel like it is hard to find receptionists now a days who aren't rude!

I've been going here for roughly two years. I have had severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist due to past experiences at multiple offices that just really ruined it all for me. Nelson Ridge has been more than accommodating for me. They made note of my fears and worries and always talk through everything with me. Nothing is a surprise, everything is explained, and all of the staff has been incredibly kind. All of my concerns have been heard and for the first time I feel like they listen to me at every visit. I cannot recommend Nelson Ridge enough - even if you've had dental office fears or anxiety! (totally helps that they're within network for me too, but I'd visit even if they weren't)
