Today I found my new dentist. After I did a quick Google search for dentist offices in the area a few days ago Nelson Ridge popped up first with 76 5-star reviews and after seeing that I figured I had nothing to lose with trying them. After my appointment I'm glad I did. Very professional staff, clean office space and charges and future appointments were laid out in a very easy to understand format. Everything was explained with ease and I feel like the people who work here will go out of their way to make sure you are definitely happy with the service they provided. Thank you again Nelson Ridge. I'm definitely coming back and recommending you to everyone I know.

Dr. Etchison is amazing. He is the best dentist. Even if you need work done on your teeth he makes you feel comfortable and it's super quick at what he does. Highly recommend. My hygentist is Pam. Love her! She does an awesome job and is super sweet. I've had a bad experience in my past and I'm always super nervous to go. Even the first time I went to Nelson Ridge I made my husband come with me ( moral support). Now I'm super comfortable there and have never had a bad experience. All the staff at Nelson Ridge are super friendly.

After being with an older dentist at a really old office, I was completely blown away when I entered this dental office. Everything is beautifully decorated. Each of the different offices are perfect. The technology is top notch. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. I had all of my questions answered and came out of the office, after my superb cleaning and x-rays feeling that I was truly cared about. I actually cannot WAIT to go back (I have no fears of any dentist appts)!!!!

I have been going to Nelson Ridge Family Dental since January of 2014. I am nearly 60 years old so I have been to a few dentist offices over my lifetime. The people here at Nelson are amazing. My hygentist, Amanda, does such a great job on my teeth and she has an awesome personality. Everyone at the office is the same. The building and offices are absolutely beautiful, new, modern, and kept impeccably clean. The dentists themselves are awesome and do great work. I dont see them except for exams because Amanda helps keep that tartar off my teeth. No cavities over the last 5 years! If your looking for a dentist office you have to go here. Once you try them you will not want to go anywhere else! That's how I became hooked!

I was having tooth pain and was looking to get in ASAP. Nelson ridge family dental got me in that same day and conveniently worked around my work schedule. Once I arrived I was even more impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of ALL STAFF. Overall I was happy with the work done to my tooth and the care they take with each and every individual patient. They even had TVs mounted to the top of the ceilings so I didn't even miss the Cubs/Indians World Series game! :)

My appointment this morning was on time, efficient, and above all, friendly. I am not one to be a talker at the dentist. Outside the dentist I am full of conversation. However, I personally find it difficult to carry a conversation while work is being completed in your mouth. Amanda had the absolute right about of engagement with me to be friendly and professional yet gave me the space to be on the quiet side. She was AWESOME! The Doctor came in and had a great “chair side” manner. He too was very friendly and professional. The office is very calming environment. Nelson Ridge Family Dental is a great place to get your dental needs met.
