I have always hated the dentist until I started going to Nelson Ridge Family Dentist! They are all so friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Love all three of the dentists, the front staff is always polite, & the hygienists/assistants are THE BEST!

Dr. Etchison and his staff are amazing. They are extremely professional. I remember being so impressed the first time I visited the office, because it is so modern and clean in there. My family, my husband, and myself all go to Nelson Ridge, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a referral. My best tip to a new patient would be to book your appointment early, because it can be difficult to get an appointment there due to limited night and weekend hours.

My mom had been trying to find an oral surgeon for my dad. After calling every one in our area, to no avail, we decided to look a little farther North. I came across Nelson Ridge Family Dental and told my mom to call them. They were very understanding of the pain and discomfort my dad was in and said to bring him in first thing the next morning. My parents both said they were great to work with and explained everything completely.

I was so nervous going into the office in the midst of a pandemic, but I was in too much pain to keep waiting. I was so pleasantly surprised. They have a full system in place to keep their patients and staff safe. From text check in, to temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the door to air filters in each room and uv lights in the duct work, Nelson Ridge has gone above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Dr. Keri did a great job and kept me comfortable. It was so good, I scheduled my next appointment in 2 weeks to take care of a few other troubling teeth. Front office staff is fantastic too!

The setting is beautiful and the staff is professional, upbeat, and competent! Carla gave me the most thorough evaluation and cleaning, and was pleasant throughout the process. State of the art equipment with competent people is a win win! She also took the time to explain what insurance will and will not cover, leaving me confident that I wasn’t going to receive a surprise bill in a few weeks!

Really appreciate the authentic kindness that the entire staff and Dentist gave to my daughter who needed emergency assistance. The clinic was set up as an upper class, clean, and beautiful office. They were gentle and mindful of not causing further pain to my daughter. The dentist was thorough in giving information to help in the future as well. They were very helpful in working with us to assure the best care. I wish more clinics were like this but we were glad to have found this office last minute. It was a blessing and we truly are grateful for all the help and guidance. Thank you to everyone there, it was a great experience!
