The hygienists and doctors were thorough and precise. Above all, I was pleasantly surprised by their quality of work. It’s like I’ve never seen before, from the extra care they took to each and every tooth, to their extensive attention to detail, to the high tech equipment they use! Being in the dental field for 6 years, I am very picky when it comes to choosing a dentist. My family and I moved to Plainfield and needed to find a dentist near by. After reading all of the reviews, I knew this was the place! My children had appointments a few days ago and they LOVED it! My appointment was the next day. My hygienist was Krista. She was so friendly and knew her stuff. Everyone that I came in contact with was great! From scheduling to seeing the doctor, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am so glad that we went with Nelson Ridge :)

I had always been uncomfortable going to the dentist. So much so, I neglected my teeth. For the past 2 1/2 years I have been going to Nelson Ridge Family Dental and have followed their plan, and can honestly say my teeth are so much better for it. The staff is so professional, yet genuinely kind and caring that I now look forward to my visits. They also use the latest techniques, and methods in their care. The office has incorporated all of the CDC guidelines, and more, to insure the safety of the staff and their patients. I have felt safer in their facility than in any other medical office I have been to in the past 9 months. For all of these reasons I can confidently, and without hesitation, recommend them and easily give them a five star rating.

All of the staff at Nelson Ridge Family Dental are so welcoming and insightful during each appointment. I appreciate each Dental Hygienist and Dentist explaining what they are doing before and during the procedures or cleanings; it shows that they care about doing a great job and that they care about their patients. The receptionists also provide details and assistance with billing/insurance and health plans. They make every dentist appointment truly pain free. I would highly recommended this facility.

Very very professional. The office in a whole is very clean and welcoming. Everyone was nice and for the most part although with masks on can tell they were smiling and liked being there. I had the pleasure of having Brook as my hygienist and Dr. Kathy DDS. They were both very knowledgeable and experienced, very professional. They explained in detail what my issues were and how they can be fixed. Looking forward to my next visit.

Nelson Ridge Family Dental is a great dental office. I'm very impressed everytime I'm there with the individualized attention that they give you. My hygienist was Jacquelyn and she was great! She explained everything I needed to know about my dental health. She was very gentle and i felt I was in great hands when she was cleaning my teeth!! Since the pandemic I've put off dental appointments. I feel my teeth and gums are on there way too being healthier after my last visit.
