Nelson Ridge Family Dental - Dentist New Lenox

Been a patient for 5 years, referred my mother to them and would refer anyone. Staff is super friendly, always find appointment times easily, dentist and staff very communicative on how your teeth are, what you can do better and how to keep the teeth great. I'm very happy with their business. My whole family goes to Nelson Ridge. Keep up the great service and you have lifelong patients. 😁🦷🪥

Absolute BEST dental office you will find! All the Doctors are very educated and dedicated to their profession. You can tell they are all truly passionate about what they do and care about patient satisfaction. As for the assistants and the front desk, they are all VERY FRIENDLY and helpful!!! You are in good hands..and the office is always well maintained and clean!!!! I would recommend this office to anyone I know. Dr.Etchison(the owner) is really hands on and makes sure the office and service being provided is nothing but exceptional!

I’ve only been going to Nelson Ridge for almost 2 years now and I really wish I had switched earlier. I’ve seen a few different hygienists and a couple of the dentists and they are all very nice, helpful and they don’t try to push anything on you. Since I started going there I really haven’t had that “ugh” feeling about going to the dentist. I’m just really impressed with the environment and the people there!

I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going to Nelson Ridge. Now I love going to the dentist and look forward to my next appt. Best dentist ever! Everyone I have seen here is super friendly and knows their stuff. If you have a fear of dentists or just don't like going I highly recommend giving this office a try!

Fantastic experience from the time I chose an appointment time online until the appointment was finished. Very professional staff, clean and well maintained office, and thorough explanations of every step. I was very pleased with the hygienist and dentist! Would highly recommend Nelson Ridge!

Be aware! I had a front tooth bond crack off and need repair. After visiting I received 3 options so I left and thought it over. Schedule to have existing tooth pulled, bone graph, and imprints for my temporary flipper tooth. Came in and everything went well with extraction, bone graph, and imprints for flipper. After having everything done, they sent me to the scheduler to set up for stitch removal and to receive flipper. At this point I don’t have a front top tooth for about 3 weeks. They lady schedules me for 11days out and says for stitch removal and to receive flipper tooth and says you’re all set. I then asked if I need to pay anything for the service and said say oh ya and prints out the invoice. She tells me what the balance I owe for the work done and asks if I would like to pay for the flipper when it comes in. I make the payment for the service I’d received that day and said I’ll just pay for the flipper when I come back to get the stitch’s out and receive the flipper. Fast forward, I walk in to have the stitches taken out and ask if they have my flipper tooth and they tell me we didn’t order the flipper because I guess you have to pay for the flipper 11 days before you receive the product. So now I still have a missing front tooth and was never notified at any point that I had to pay for it 11 days prior to receiving it. Very unhappy with this place as I believe they are too big to handle good customer service in the front office part which now will leave me without a front tooth for weeks longer as I find a new more responsible dentist to do the remaining work!!!

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. They are very professional and kind.I called them at 805 this morning and they got me in at 1130 today. Last night my bridge had fallen out and they somehow reattached it so I can hopefully complete my cancer treatments with my two front teeth intact which I so appreciate. Dr Steve saved the day! Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Gladys was amazing with my son. He is on the Autism Spectrum. She was so gentle with him. She explained everything to my son prior to working on him and made she he was comfortable. Offered him multiple breaks during cleaning. Her ultimate goal was his comfort/experience. We are so thankful to her for making this experience non-traumatizing! Doctor Kathy was also amazing when checking his teeth. We are so thankful for such a great dental experience.

This office is amazing! I look forward to going to the dentist if that tells you anything! The entire team, the receptionist, hygienist and doctors are all so friendly, inviting and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
