One observation though. Wouldn't hurt if the dentists would talk a little more during appointments. I do realize that they're trying to focus but still wish I'd get more than "hi" and then a clinical breakdown of the reason for my visit. Other than that they are great dentist.

I am very impressed with Hintz Family Dentistry. I was certain I would require a cap for a large tooth chip but, the dentist was honest and fixed the tooth with a filling. Their honesty made my day. They could have sold me a cap and I would have been none the wiser. Everyone is friendly and professional. Prices are good and comparable to other dentists. I am glad I went with my gut and did not go to Aspen Dental. I checked prices of caps at Aspen and Hintz and they were the same. I am wholly impressed. Thanks for making my day.

I went to Hintz family dentistry after having bad luck getting my denture and partial to fit from another dentist after almost 3 years. Dr Hintz seen where my denture wasnt made to fit me. After getting a new denture and he did some adjustment to my partial i was able to wear both my plate and partial. Dr Hintz was done a great job on both my plates. I went in for my cleaning and seen Dr Hansen and i told him i was having a couple places that was making little sores on my partial and he adjusted them and they fit great now. I would highly recommend Hintz family dentist to anyone looking for a dentist. All Dr Hintz dental staff and office personal r very friendly and have good personalities.

It's nice to know I wasn't the only one they screwed on their billing and insurance if you look on Yelp review of this place.
My husband and I both went in for a normal checkup and my husband went in for a filling at a later date. Upon finding this particular office and seeing it was on our provider list, I called and made the appointments. I have never encountered, at a dentist, that certain Dr.'s are only listed as providers and others in the same office are not. This was not learned until MONTHS after we had paid over $400(!!!) in bills. My husband called to find out how this can be and then they tell us that we were scheduled with a dentist that is not in our provider list. WHAT?! Yes we should have double checked, but I have never seen this before in my life. Nobody ever said anything to us after they took all of our insurance information prior to the appointments. There is no reason they could not take a couple minutes to make sure we were scheduled with the Dr in our provider network. Unbelievable.
Also, similar to Lindsay M.'s review, when my husband went in for a filling, he was given a shot and then left to sit for nearly 40 minutes by himself while the Dr went on to other patients. Because it took so long, he had to get ANOTHER shot. My husband was there for almost 2 hours for a filling.
We will never be back and will not recommend this office to anyone. We are middle class people with three small children. We cannot afford these kind of bills when we already have insurance. I'm sorry but this is robbery.
