I left work to go to my appointment only to find a sign on their door stating the office closed at 3pm due to inclement weather. I did not get a phone call or email telling me the appointment was cancelled. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. They had time to make the sign, print it and hang it on the door, they most certainly had time to make a few phone calls to patients.

Lovely new office! Hygienist was very friendly and kind. Dr. Hansen was also friendly and welcoming. Only negative was that someone was vacuuming and it made it hard to hear the receptionist and the hygienist.

Disappointed in this mornings appt. I've been going to Hintz for 2 years now and unfortunately I don't know if my 2 years of going there is enough for me to return after today.
Waited 25 mins before finally getting a polish and floss which was real quick and not very thorough. Waited another 25 mins and still no sign of the dentist. I had to leave or I was going to be late for work.
The lady upfront was very sorry. It wasn't her fault. I get that. I just stated that if they were running late or whatever it may have been they could had at least apologized them selves and let me know they were running behind.
I was not happy and I'm still frustrated at the fact that my schedule can be busy itself and I try to schedule months in advance. I don't know if I'll be going back.

Took my husband there today and they went above and beyond to make sure that you was comfortable when you have a loved one that suffers with a traumatic brain injury and has a hard time expression himself these people the doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing the treated him with such compassion and Care at heights dentistry I feel like it doesn't matter it's on Medicaid if you pay for your insurance it doesn't matter you get the same amount of care there no matter who you are an outstanding dental experience I would take my entire family there for the rest of our lives we will not go anywhere else ever again thank you Hanks dentistry for the compassion and the care you show it to my husband today I have not seen him smile so bright and so long it's making me cry happy holidays everyone
