Insurance acceptance is seamless. Office staff check coverage ahead of time. Hygienist is ready on time every time. X-ray machines in each room so not a lot of moving around. The office is small and nondescript. That means I'm not paying for frills I don't care about. I've been going here for 3 years and will continue to do so.

Worst place ever neither location would see my children because I had a supposed missed appointment but I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins 2yrs ago with a newborn ..now while I had an appointment sent for 9am Oct 2nd the girl who works at the Ankeny office who scheduled the appointments turned around and cancelled them supposedly at a disconnected number while smiling in my face I will NEVER recommend anyone to go their to neither office
