Going to the dentist can be scary for a lot of people. The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Scott Hansen is excellent. He is very patient, caring and informative. He is real positive and not negative. His assistants are all so friendly too. There are a few other dentists here that are wonderful too. I always feel good when I leave! I called for a same day appointment for a dental emergency. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get an appointment for me the same morning. The dentist was amazing, very personable and professional and took care of my problem at my visit. It was a great dental experience.

I have extremely high anxiety-especially when it comes to dentists. I visited the office today and was honestly pleasantly surprised. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. The dentist was actually nice! Which I find so refreshing. Best dentist visit I’ve probably ever had.

The facility is clean and the dental hygienists are very nice. The first time I came my dentist did not look and behave professionally. He didn't speak to me at all. The filling he put in had to be corrected 3 times over the past two months and still gives me pain. I don't think they have listened to me all. My concerns will not be an issue for them untill I'm in excruciating pain.

Very clean! Kind friendly staff who introduce themselves!! It is the little things that make the big difference!! My two year old was having a tough day. They were so good with her! They were able to get her to do everything they needed. No tears!!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and really dread going. I have an irrational fear of going to the dentist and have never had a great experience at the dentist until I went to Hintz! Everyone was super friendly, from the front desk person, to the hygienist, and the doctor as well. They explained everything they were doing step by step and were super gentle with my teeth. It is by far the best dental experience I’ve had!

New to the area and after seeing three dentists Dr Hintz finally took care of me with a root canal. He was gentle, knowledgeable but not arrogant or assuming. His staff was friendly and helpful. I am thankful for Hintz Family Dentistry and will be taking the whole family here.
