Office manager was very rude. I had ask for my husband and I account to be separated and she got upset. There no reason to get upset do has you are told. You don’t pay my bills.

The dentist and staff were all very friendly and explained everything they were doing to my 6 year old so he was not scared. He got three fillings and an abscess tooth pulled. They talked to him and kept him calm and at ease while quickly getting his needs taken care of. The new office in Ankeny is very nice, my son loved the kid area with toys to play with even though we didn’t have to wait at all before our appointment. So while I checked out he played. Great family office!!

0 stars thats what i give them they are rude n like the others say they rip you off. They charged us 140$ more than what we had to pay and after 2 months i had to go ask for it back. Really rude they took forever n they did not give me the money back when i ask for it. Dont go there! I cant give o stars so i put 1. I never write reviews but thats how rude they were ,well not the receptionist he was so helpfull n nice
