I was having severe tooth pain and was scheduled the very next morning 1st appointment. The staff were very friendly and acknowledged my concerns since the pain had went away over night. After X-rays and realizing the tooth needed to be pulled immediately they quickly fit me in and I was in and out of the office in 2 hours pain free for the most part. Their new dentist Dr Sass is great. Thanks for all your help!!

I went in for a teeth cleaning and the hygienist was very patient and professional. She explained why she was doing what she was doing and gave me helpful tips for improving my oral health.
My only concern is that change dentists often so you can never be sure to get the same person each time you come in. I was supposed to have my teeth evaluated for possible extractions and have to wait until January.

I have been very satisfied so far! Dr. Sass has been very caring and patient and Lea has been very patient through my financial investment. I am going through major oral surgery Wed morning! Denture on bottom partial on top with mandibular tori removal. ! I'm nervous but thanks to the staff I feel that I trust them! After I made this decision I read reviews and not thrilled what I heard about the "corporate" aspect. The horrible quality of the dentures. The overcharges. I am putting that aside and trusting my treatment so far with the Davenport IA office

I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the office to arrange a payment plan for the work that was done. I had called in every week requesting to speak with someone. I was told to call back or someone would get back to me. I go in for my cleaning and tried talking to someone but again was told they were not there and if i wanted my check up i would have to pay the full balance since it was over due. So I paid it off and had to move things around so I wasnt fully broke. Then as I was leaving the whole front end staff was sitting there talking amongst themselves quite loudly and were overall being very unprofessional. I am now currently looking for another dentist.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for the past year and I am very happy with my Comfy-Lite Dentures as well as the services I have received.Elaine is especially awesome! Every time I'm there for an appointment whether for adjustments, cleanings etc. Elaine always greets me with a big smile, is so very nice, and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable!

Got me in, took care of problems, worked with me and my schedule. Good efficient Dr., Staff put me at ease very warm, friendly and personable. I will recommend to get insurance to deflect cost. Made going to the dentist a breeze.

The staff was very friendly and nice. I appreciated the fact that the financial coordinator was very helpful in helping me with the billing. My only disappointment was the fact that I was not able to get my tooth removed but was not their fault. It was due to the weather being bad

I'm scared of dentists and Dentist and staff there was really nice and caring. I would recommend them for anyone who is affraid of the dentist like myself. They didn't hurt me and gave me time to get my anxiety under control before proceeding with any work that needed to be done.
