I never write reviews but I don't know where to start so I will start from the beginning. My wife had a 3:45 appointment which she didn't get out of there till 5:00. the exam itself only took maybe 20 minutes.We had to leave so the nurse said the lady ,to set up appointments and dental plans, would call us later. We never received a phone call. The dentist even told us that my wife would need to get medicated mouthwash and toothpaste. We were never prescribed or given any. The Lady never even called ,so I had to call them. The first time I called I gave the message to the secretary, that message was not received by the appointment and dental plan lady so I never got a phone call back. I had to call again a second time and ask them why haven't they called me back to set up an appointment to get some procedures done for my wife. Also I had to ask again If we could get the Medicated toothpaste and Mouthwash. I was able to talk the dental plan lady the second time I called them. She said she was going to call back the next day by a certain time to let me know If a certain day would work out or not. She never called, I had to call them for a third time to set up an appointment, and to ask AGAIN about the medicated mouthwash and toothpaste. Its been a long couple weeks going through this process. I think it is absolutely horrible that I am the one who has to make an effort to get treatment, and we never even got the medicated toothpaste and mouthwash which my wife needed. We were willing to pay them to get the treatment my wife needs but they were very bad in getting back in touch with us and I am the one that had to bend over backwards to get in touch with them and get the help my wife needed. Also this dentist office wasn't the cleanest office I have ever been too.I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Everyone is really friendly and nice. The hygienist explained everything very thoroughly. I have a fear of dentists but when I go to Aspen Dental I feel very calm. And I don’t have to worry about not having insurance. They have payment plans to cater everyone’s needs.

All of the staff at Aspen Dental are knowledgeable, very curtious, answers all questions, Aspen Dental has a great combination of employees that work together like a well oiled machine. (And no they did not pay me to right this) 😁

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Tiny office..I told them xrays were already sent over from my son's dentist for his wisdom teeth, but they still took xrays. (Which I am not paying for and is just more radiation that was not necessary!) We saw a dentist instead of the oral surgeon, who I guess is a traveling surgeon and only comes there once a month. Then we waited forever in the waiting room for them to tell me what the pricing was for the surgery. Pricing was way overpriced and she did not give me any breakdown, I had to ask for it but she still did not print it out for me. The dentist said he was going to give my son a prescription for an antibiotic, but I was never given the prescription. After waiting so long for the price, I forgot about the prescription so I left without it. When I remembered the prescription, about a half an hour later, I called them. They put me on hold and I was waiting over 5 minutes on hold. I hung up and called back, they didn't answer just immediately put me on hold. I hung up again and called back when the receptionist answered she was short with me and I told her I didn't get my prescription and she proceeded to tell me I need to come back to their office and get it! I told her no I didn't forget it THEY forgot it and the dentist needs to call it in. She put me back on hold for another 3 minutes and then came back on and said they would call it in. This office may be in my network for my insurance, but I will gladly pay more money to receive good care for my son and a respectful, courteous staff!

DO NOT go to Aspen Dental in Davenport.
I have had nothing but issues with this place since I moved here, and kept going back because I didn't know where else to go!
Today I showed up for an appointment, and was told that I could not be seen! I booked this appointment TWO WEEKS AGO! I had a filling fall out, and a crown break. Both of which are normally considered urgent as far as dental care goes. The soonest opening they had was two weeks out, at 8:45 on a Saturday.
I received a few texts saying to call them about my appointment. I did. They said they were calling to remind me of the appointment. I asked if they were sure, because that was odd when I get reminder texts.
Today the lady says, we can't do your type of appointment on a Saturday. What the hell??? It hurts to eat!!!! Is there NOTHING you can do since I've already waited 2 weeks?? Nope nothing.
DO NOT waste your time with this sham operation!

Awesome place don’t get me wrong, still not on the top of my list of places I want to go lol but for the dentist it’s pretty all right staff is very informative, with upcoming procedures… i’m getting dentures FYI …. Everyone I spoke to was very upbeat and positive Got this metalhead with bad teeth to a crack a smile a few times and that’s not the easiest lol . So you need mouth work done….. go here🤘🏻

Called and scheduled an appointment. Took the time off work and showed up early as requested. 30 minutes before my appointment I go in only to find out that im in the system and they have all my info but don't have an appointment for me! Say they can get me into the Muscatine office right now. Im in Davenport and they want me in Muscatine! Its a 35 minute drive. Even with the apology I will not recommend. The appointment was set for a reason! Can't afford to take another day off if im not going to be seen. Do NOT recommend

I was there with the intent of just the routine cleaning. I made it known that I do not have time on weekdays and so I specifically requested a weekend appointment. But then they convinced me to go for a first visit as it is their requirement for new patient. So they let me make “the” first visit (not on weekend) and said they will make the appointment after they see me and check on my teeth. I made it there after work as my “first” initial appointment. They did all the X-rays (about 12 of them) on my teeth, and then a dentist came and looked at my gums and poked on my teeth, at the end he let me talk to a lady on her office for what they called "Treatment Plan". She discussed about few procedures needed based from the initial check that they did and discussed the cost related to each procedure. And so I said by the way, all my intention is just to get a routine cleaning... when is the next available weekend I can come for my routine cleaning and they said, they don't do cleaning on weekends. So I am disappointed bec it's a WASTE of my time going there. That was my specific request to get a routine cleaning on Saturday only from the get go before I even accepted the first visit. With that said, my experience? Hah I am not going back there again, ever!
