I’ll never go back. Asked for cleanibg and exam. Got the exam from hygienist and then she started in on sale. Never cleaned. Said she didn’t have time. I specifically stated that I wanted cleaning and exam not a sales pitch. Walked out never to return

Got my front tooth knocked out. Went to Aspen dental to get a temporary fake tooth before my implant. Went through the x-rays and exam. They came up with a plan and said they would call me the next day to go over it. Has been a week now no one has gotten back to me yet.

I had my first appointment with aspen dental today and they were awesome! They were helpful with financing, the exam and procedure was painless and they were very supportive. Would highly recommend them the staff is wonderful!!!

Aspen Dental is a great office with great people! The staff is always helpful and very welcoming when you arrive. The doctor is very caring and gentle, along with his hygienists and dental assistents which makes for a great visit! I highly recommend going to this location for dental care.

Every time I've had an appointment, I have had to wait at least 15 minutes after my appointment is scheduled. I even come in early in hopes of starting the appointment on time. However besides waiting every time, there is always excellent customer service and great staff atmosphere.

Never would I recommend these people ,im a first time patient and had an appointment at 11am and waited in my car 20 min past the appointment.I told them I couldn't wear a mask and the receptionist new this and said she would come get me when it was time 20 minutes went by and again went inside to inquire about my appointment she said they would not give service to me because of the not wearing a mask I said you made me wait 20 minutes outside to tell me you weren't gonna render service because of a mask ,in all honesty people going 10 ft from the counter to a room we're they take your mask off doesn't makes sense and they were giving the opportunity to call my physician to confirm I have a breathing problem and they did not ..There kindness is only skin deep from my exspierance.?

I do not recommend this place what so ever. My brother just came from there. He said he waited an hour and a half just to see someone. And then when he gets back there the dentist starts making fun of him because he broke a tooth. Then they said they couldn't help him. DON'T GO HERE I REPEAT DON'T GO HERE. very rude and immature dentist he said the three people he delt with only one was nice to him. I can't believe they are still open

Really poor service. Overbooked, waited 1 hr and 45 minutes, no feedback as to why and when. The technicians seemed to be very upset with the booking person. Not a well organized facility, highly unprofessional admin staff, technicians seemed to be good at their job. Would not recommend at all.

They do a series of x-rays, hygenist looks at you and dentist also.
All at no cost!!
