Staff were kind and knew what they were doing.

I did not have quality customer service. I was to have a root canal done in February, when we visited. Never returned my call. Decided to choose Witt and Taylor got me in that day. Glad I did not have anything done at Apen. Hope others have a better experience.

I have never had my mouth checked so thoroughly by the dentist. Marlene did a tremendous job cleaning my teeth. In fact the main reason I left the old dentist was a lazy hygienist. There was a bit of a wait the second time I went, but when you choose to go to a place that takes walk in customer's and emergencies you'll have that. I guess I'll appreciate it if I'm the person with the toothache.

Staff was friendly, but service a little slow. Along with a little discussion, had one filling done and a cleaning. All that could have been done in 45 minutes. I was there over 2 and half hours. This included stopping in the middle of the filling procedure and waiting at least a half hour for the dentist to come back. Never had this happen before. Had a crown that came off and needed to decide what to do about it. Wanted to wait and think about it. But when I went to leave found out they had thrown out my old crown leaving me with little choice in what I had to do. Very unprofessional and an apparent lack of organization. Work actually done was okay but took forever to get it taken care of. Ads gives the impression they reasonably priced. Did not appear to be to me. This review form shows five stars which I don't agree with but no apparent way to submit my actual star rating?? Eventually figured out how to adjust star rating, but instructions should have been there.

Went in for my daughter and they are a patient and friendly staff of people. All of them seemed to be great. I get a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, but this was a really good experience. Even though I wasn't the patient, I would be willing to be one.

They are super accommodating. Utmost professional and friendly. Private discussion of treatment plan really impressed me.

I had a swollen jaw and I made the appointment for 7 at 3am that same day. Dr. Turner was very kind about my situation and didn't judge me. I have the worst teeth. He fought for me the whole day with my medical doctor because I needed a strong antibiotic. I would highly recommend this Dentists office and Dr. Turner, he could tell I was embarrassed and uncomfortable and he worked hard to make me feel better about it all. The office staff is also amazing and super sweet and kind! I talked to the secretary multiple times through out the day. We got to know eachother pretty well haha. Her name was brandy and she always had an upbeat voice and could tell she was happy and really trying to help me.

Staff were very thorough. The new patient exam was free but, I feel the charges for a cleaning were too high for a self pay without insurance. Especially when I can get a cleaning for half the price at different local dentist.

Overall, they took care of my dental issues really well and price was very reasonable compared to other dentals. However, when I had pain after having some fillings, they told me to come in and they will take care of me for free. Since I had no dental insurance anymore in that period, I asked them if it will still be free without dental insurance, the person on the phone reassured me three times it will be free. Then, after I wemt in, they said it’d cost $200 sth and no one honored what they told me on the phone. How was I supposed to know and trust Aspen Dental anymore after this experience?

Quick, hygienist was attentive to my sensitive areas. They did not break down my bill into what was covered under insurance or not. Was more expensive then I thought and they said it was because of things that aren't covered by insurance.
