I broke a tooth on Friday and my Dr. was off for the weekend. On Monday I called the office and asked for a referral since I learned years earlier my Dr. does not pull teeth. They said I had to come in on an appointment to get a referral but not till the next day... I have now been in pain for 4 days and I have to wait. I just said I will pass. I called Aspen Dental and they gave me a late in the day appointment. My face was so swollen the x-ray could not show the root of the tooth which is important before pulling. The Dr. gave me antibiotics and pain pills and scheduled me for later in the week. The swelling went down and the x-ray showed no roots on the jaw bone. He pulled the tooth I am healing. Thank you Aspen Dental!

Great first two visits. Dr Hall made me feel comfortable as she drilled away and sang sweet tunes while keeping me laughing. However, when my tooth woke up my bite was off, which we knew might happen. I waited the weekend with an off bite, and woke up to be call in which was great, Not! Dr Her was there and not my Dr Hall. After trying to get my bite even, I was told by Dr Her my bite was off. After looking into the light my thoughts were, NAW I'm getting braces. She didn't want to even take and extra 30 seconds to looks at another issue while she had her gloves on. Crazy part is then Dr Her said "you need invisaligns "and she shaved my one good tooth I had left down.
Sad part is, I didnt even get a song sang to me and a sorry!!

Went there for a second opinion and was treated very well. Dentist took the time to explain things and even came up with multiple solutions to fix the issue. My dental hygienist was one sweet lady. In all I had a good first visit and found a place I can trust.

From the moment I walked in I knew our was a mistake going there. Even though I had my appt made for over a week, they had no idea I was scheduled to be there and therefore had nothing ready for me. Once I filled out my paperwork they wanted me to just leave it sitting out in the open on the counter for the rest of the patients to see my personal info. Every single person in that office, with the exception of the actual dentist, was rude and spoke to me as if I was the lowest form of person in the world. I was also told that I would receive a call with the pricing and treatment info because they didn't have the time to speak with me while I was there. It has now been two weeks and I have yet to get that phone call. I will never step foot into another Aspen Dental again, on top of that I will make sure I let anyone I know who thinks about going there about my "wonderful" experience. The one star is more than they deserve but I couldn't post this without selecting a star, so it should really be NO STARS!!

Edit: recieved a debt collection notice due to Aspen. Wow. Paid in full awhile back. Shows how much you care about customers.

I was overcharged several times. The front desk clerks said they would look into it. Each time I ask about the status I get a blank stare. Luckily my insurance took care of the overcharge.

This place doesn't focus on customers. It's all about how much money they can get from you. Go find another dentist.

Nothing. I was in excruciating pain, scheduled a same day appointment online. Arrived early, had paperwork filled out that I printed at home. No one was at the front desk so I signed in on clipboard. The front desk staff was not very friendly. I was sitting with my husband and she addressed him asking if he had signed in, but did not acknowledge me. She finally called me up with a scowl and asked for my insurance card, I also handed her my forms. I stood there for a minute or two and she looks up and says it'll be a few minutes. She later calls me back and asked for my husbands date of birth (which I filled out on the multiple forms I had just given her). I sat back down and then a few minutes later goes here's your card. My husband went to get it because I had just been standing there.
My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am and it was 8:25 am when I went to the desk and said I'm cancelling and left. I was never told anything about them running late, or how much longer it would be, to be seen. Poor customer service, not friendly, not empathetic, verging on totally rude. Luckily there were other options in the Quad Cities available to me. This review will also be posted on Google where I unfortunately found AspenDental.

I was very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental. I had a chipped tooth on my dentures, and I was able to get them fixed with in 2 hours of my appointment. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.
