Aspen Dental

I received a couple of fillings here two years ago while visiting my parents. They had to be recently removed by my dentist due to their poor quality (fillings are supposed to last 10 years). My current dentist described it as "some of the worst dental work I've ever seen." The work they did was also painful, despite my insistence that I was not numb. Due to the poor quality of the work, I now am faced with a root canal and crown to fix what they destroyed. I If I could, I'd send them the bill for the work I'm having done. Don't go here.

We were there for 2 1/2 hours and all they did is pull 1 tooth. We are also having trouble with billing. They billed the wrong way for some of the stuff my husband had done in December. I have talked to them 5 times now and each time they tell me they will get it done the right way. As of today May 1st it still has not been sent to the insurance company. My husband needs more work done but I don't think we will be going back there.

3 emails and 2 text messages requesting for a review so I feel obligated to review now although I do not like writing negative views! Waited in a dentist chair for an hour past my appointment time only to look at my teeth for 2 minutes stating I will need to be seen later for some fillings. The staff periodically came in only to watch the television they stuck me in front of, checking on the rain weather. I did not feel comfortable. The dentist came into the room and stated his first name and held out his hand with a glove on. I feel like the gloves should of been taken off and introduced himself as the dentist doctor. At first I thought it was a dentist assistant! Grudging going back to get my fillings completed. I tend to always stay postive

Been there three times. 1st visit: waited almost an hour just for initial check up. The hygienist didn't even use a face mask while hovering 4 inches from my mouth. 2nd visit: the hygienist was watching the tv while working tools in my mouth. It was like she was just poking until the 20 minutes were up. 3rd visit: waited another hour for a *scheduled* appointment. Hygienist failed to get a working x-ray and just gave up. In house dentist was too busy to give me the routine check. I'm sure there good mixed into the bad, but there are just basic things that every dentistry should do, and they didn't.

Still no receipt. Their printer was down. Said they'd email receipt. Verified email address. No receipt. Not in spam box. Made an online attempt at getting a receipt. No luck. Called today to again try to get a receipt. Still nothing. Logged into my account page on their site. Verified email in their system is correct. Your dental care is fine but REALLY have a hard time with the only ONLINE method of contacting you is via a review. Suggestions: PUT A VALID EMAIL address for your office on your web site. Fix your printer and snail-mail me a receipt. Frustrating.

I just hate going to the dentist, it has been several years of lazy tooth care! Dr Laum, Marlene, Nichole, Elaine & the entire staff there have made this perceived miserable experience .... fun. So far it's been quick, painless, thorough and dare I say it again? Fun!

It has been a long time at a dentist office. The staff here were very welcoming and was able to answer and address all my questions. Lexi and Shelby were the best!!!!!!

My wisdom teeth (one of the three I had left) was causing problems. They got me in right away, and were able to pull all three right away... no wait, no referral. Dr. Laun and Elaine were great!
