Very warm and friendly staff. Check-up and exam were performed in a very timely manner. Everything was well explained through the entire appointment. Would recommend to friends and co-workers.

My first visit went well, the staff was very nice and professional, I go late next week to have the teeth extracted and fitted for new dentures, I'm hoping that goes as good as the first visit went.

Because I have a severe fear of dentist the condition of my teeth/gums is very poor. The staff at Aspen did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. They were kind and understanding and gave me a feeling of hope that my smile would come back. Because of this I will be back.

Will never go back. We had to go to the financial person's office, did that then went back to lobby where we found the copy of my fiances insurance card just sitting on a table in the waiting room where the receptionist had used for scratch paper and gave it to another patient. We talked to the dentist and his assistant about it and they acted like it was no big deal, we mentioned it again on the survey after the visit and again no response. Apparently confidentiality means nothing.

This facility is more commercial, rather than knowing the problem, they just perform their regular procedures. Doesn't matter why patient is visiting them. My purpose of visit was never fulfilled, i have to find someone else to solve my issue.
My hygenist visit was suppose to be free but they put additional charges and end up paying $126, which is a lot of money. Not at all satisfied.

Overall great experience. Found out I do need to do a little better at brushing and flossing but overall not too bad. Oh and also found out I have a small mouth.....not sure how to take that.
