Only 2 negatives. #1. Was told my lower denture repair would be complete at or before 3:00 PM, I walked South Park Mall for nearly an hour, and then went back at around 2:45 PM. was told they weren't done yet. So I sat there another 50 min. till 3:35 and then I asked the receptionist to check on my lower plate repair. She cam back and said she was sorry, that they normally bring them up front when they are completed, but they didn't! They were actually completed before 3:00 as I was told. So I had to wait and additional 45 min. for nothing!!! Also there ended up being some of the glue or what ever they repaired the plate with still on my dentures, that feels like sandpaper. So now I have to go back and have that removed :(

I would never ever recommend Aspen. They are big time ripper. I paid them in advance but later on canceled my appointment now it’s been a month never got my money back. And now they are making excuses.

I went to Aspen for the repair of a molar that had lost part of the Amalgam filler. The dentist made a recommendation for a crown as the solution to my problem. Without insurance this would have cost $1600.00 and with insurance around $500.00. I went for a second opinion with a dentist that also accepted my plan. The second dentist made a more conservative recommendation of just removing the remaining of the old filler and using instead a resin-based composite material to repair the molar to almost its natural shape and color. This repair was performed on the spot and i was very please with the results only paying $83.00 as part of my copayment.

I love aspen dentals. They are always so clean and professional. This specific location though brand new works so well! Everyone is very friendly and personable. I’m glad that I switched!

They have attractive staff but that's about it. was a typical franchise hurry up wait get in.get out get that money. Hygienist found a soft spot that dentist missed... really! They squeezed me which was awesome but cleaning felt lackluster in comparison to previous places. Ill keep looking

IAM so pleased with the service of receiving a root canal today on a tooth that I had started having problems with during Covid. Everyone was very professional and friendly at this office. The procedure was smooth and easy, not scary at all. Way to go Davenport!!

I went to Aspen looking to have my teeth removed and to get dentures. From the start I was told I do not want to do this and that I want to save as many as possible. I understand from a dentist point of view, to save teeth. But no one there would listen to what I wanted. They had the hygentis come in and do her test on my gums. After all the exrays, hygentist and dentist. They came up with a plan to the tune of $11000. I was in shock!! I could not get it through anyone's head that all I wanted was my teeth removed. They say they are an affordable dentist and maybe on somethings they are but to a single parent making less than $13/hour with minimal dental insurance that is not affordable.
