Aspen Dental

I got there at 7:15 AM in a lot of pain from a bad tooth infection and the staff there showed no concern, after doing the paperwork they gave me and waiting it was now 8:15 AM and I’m ready to start crying from the pain, so I look over to the woman working in the office they are smiling and having a fun conversation so I ask how much longer I’m hurting they all walked away 10 minutes later they finally called my name and the one and only bright spot about that place was my dentist she was so sweet she made the pain go away she was so nice after she told me what I needed to fix. The staff took over and the financial person told me she needed me to pay for my tooth to be pulled the full price and she wanted me to pay for the worst case scenario also before the work was even done.. I walked out and went to another dentist great dentist great staff and they only charged me a fraction of what Aspen wanted so good luck if you go there.

I enjoyed my visit today. All staff was friendly but afterwards getting lots of emails was annoying. I am looking forward to my next visit to see how the care is.

Props for requiring face coverings, all employees wearing face masks correctly, taking all patients temps, letting patients wait in their vehicle and calling them inside when ready, and enforcing those inside the facility and wait room to wear a face covering or leave. 👏 Appt. itself went well, reduced use of spraying water to reduce aerosols in the air, mitigation measures were in play to the extent possible. 👏

Called at one thirty ,appointment was two forty. After x-rays consultation and cleaning was on the way home at four thirty.

I am very pleased with the care and the fact that they were very in tune with my needs. A big thank you goes out to Dr, Hanson and his Dental Assistant Amanda.You guys really gave me something to smile big about!!!

I was greated with a friendly smile when i walked in. The wait time was just a few mins and I was seen. The staff was very freindly and knowledgable and finished my work in not time. To my suprise the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Aspen Dental to a friend.

I broke a tooth. I called for a appointment. They frist said it would be two weeks. Then they changed it to this Thursday. I just got a call from from them and I would be January 8 before they would do anything. Not very impressed with there service. I will wouldn't tell anyone to go there.

Don't bother showing up to this office. Not only are the staff sitting around clock watching, but they are rude calling you "dear" while informing you that despite you being only a few minutes late due to heavy traffic that you will have to reschedule. Absolutely infuriating!!

Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful

Poor service, I had an appointment scheduled for one day and time and they didn't have me in the system for one. For two they had my husband in for a different day. Really then you told me I have to wait another two weeks. Wow poor communication at this place.
