If I could give a lower score, I would!! After paying over 1000.00 to have one tooth pulled, and a cleaning, They requested that I schedule a return visit approx. 3 months later. When I checked in for the visit, the friendly receptionist informed me that it was going to cost over 250.00 for todays cleaning!!! When I called back the fowling day, She wanted to transfer me to the Office manager to talk about payment options. {I was paying cash, in full} On the Aspen dental web site, it lists cleanings at 79.00!!! What a bait and switch!!! I'm guessing because I was paying cash, and they had no insurance company to bill. I'm happy with the dental services, but WOW, the total DECEPTION in the billing end is Totally Ridiculous!!!!!!

Had an appointment for a Friday for an extraction, they rescheduled it for a Monday days in advance, no big deal. Then Thursday they called me and tried to get me to come in right then for the procedure... I kept the Monday appointment. 2 hours before the appointment on Monday they told me the dentist reviewed my X-rays again and decided he didn’t feel comfortable doing the procedure and I’ll have to seek a different place to get the procedure done. Who was feeling comfortable enough to do it last minute on Thursday?!?! They said they would send me an email for a referral but I still haven’t received it. I already pre paid and haven’t received the refund. I had an infection that needed to be cleared up before the extraction, now I’m at risk for the infection coming back by the time I’m able to see another dentist. Also, from the beginning, why is it every time I ask for details on something their computers are down? Maybe with the money they stole from me they can call someone in to have their computer system looked at. Everyone had a bad attitude there except for the woman who did my X-rays. She was kind took her time and talked to me like a human, everyone else rushed me along and made me feel like I was just another task they needed to rush through. When I called the manager, Laura, to discuss my frustration I feel like she was trying to say anything to get me off the phone. She also couldn’t give me an answer about my refund or why they were ready to do the appointment last minute Thursday but not at all now on Monday because the computers were down. Zero stars, would not recommend.

I didn't know what to expect going with a franchise dentist office. I was extremely happy. The efficiency of the visit was excellent. They keep things moving without making you feel rushed. The equipment being used was cutting edge technology. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was what I would consider the gold standard.

The visit far exceeded any previous experience I had with the few private dentist offices I had been to in years past.

Making the appointment online was a quick and easy process. I was able to fill out the paperwork before arriving to my appointment. The staff were all nice and friendly. The dentist and hygienist explained everything from what they found from my exam and x-rays, and they were able to recommend treatment options. The billing representative explained the prices of the treatment services and was able to set up my next appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour. One of the best dental experiences I have had in a while.
