Dr. Chad always gives you options for your dental care. Patients appreciate that the staff is very professional and suggests the best care for their dental needs. When discussing the cost of treatments, they listen to their patients' concerns and offer alternatives if available.
Despite the positive reviews, one negative review stands out. A patient had a root canal done at Veranda Dentistry in 2018, and the crown made for that tooth snapped in half eating soft food. Since Veranda Dentistry stopped accepting their insurance, they switched providers and had their new dentist take a look. The root canal provided at Veranda was done poorly, and before they could get the crown fixed, they had to get another root canal. The patient had to pay over $1500 to have what Veranda screwed up fixed.

I haven't been coming here long but I will keep coming here. Staff is amazing and wonderful. Really make me feel comfortable and not as nervous about having to need any work done. Shanda and Dr. Chad are great. Very personable and very professional.

I will always highly recommend Dr. Chad as a total family package! We bring our two girls ages 6 and 3 as well as my husband and myself. The entire staff has always made us feel welcome and been great with the girls! Our last visit really stood out when Dr. Chad was helping our 6 year old daughter. She was starting to get a gap in her front top teeth. Of course he could have waited to say something and let her teeth continue to spread, but instead he treated her as if she was his own daughter and was able to do a laser procedure that eliminated some of the extra fibrous tissue in her top gums. As a parent, that meant the world to us! This will help our daughter's teeth grow in like normal with no gap and not have to wait until getting braces! Thank you Dr. Chad and all the staff!

I called Dr. Johnson office early in the morning because my bridge falling out. It was 3 of my front teeth . I talk on phone all day and had to call into work . The previous dental office I visited couldn't apply bridge back in . Then Within an hour I had an appt. to see Chad. I was very upset for the missing teeth and not being able to work . I also have a phobia of dentists. From the moment I walked in they knew who I was , what was going on w me . Everyone was very kind and accommodating to my situation . Chad fixed my bridge and had me back to work and also setting up future visits. Awesome dental office .
