Veranda Dentistry

TLDR: I hope I never have to go to a dentist, the people at Veranda are the best that's ever been.

I am going to start this with a disclaimer to anyone who has feared going to the dentist: VERANDA DENTISTRY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED!

I hadn't been to the dentist in close to 10 years. I knew my teeth were in very bad shape, to the point where I would have panic attacks. I need to do something, and fast. I did tons of research, read reviews, looked into all kinds of dentists who could provide sedation dentistry of some sort. I landed on Veranda because of the glowing reviews, much like this one is about to be.

I called and made my initial appointment, and headed in with bad thoughts and so much anxiety. I won't lie, the first appointment was not fun for me. But Kari was so nice, took her time, could tell my anxiety was high, and nothing about it was "preachy or harsh". When Dr. Emily came it, it was just the same. Very factual, never mean or rude, just facts and answers. I loved that. I know my teeth were bad, I already felt scared enough, and I never once thought that judging me. During the first exam with Dr. Emily, I told her my fears and she told me about their sedation dentistry option. Basically, a couple days before my appointment, they would call in a prescription. On the day of the appointment, you come in, they administer the prescription. You hang out in the chair for about 45 minutes while it kicks in and then they start. You are awake the whole time, but in a very chill state of mind. When you are close to done with the appointment, they call your ride, they pick you up and you go home. I barely remember it and for the I am forever thankful!

Once I got financial things in order, and my first appointment was booked.

Jade was the dental assistant that worked on me every time. She is so sweet, remembers things about you and always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Emily was also always nice, super friendly and you can genuinely tell she loves her job.

After multiple appointments for everything from cavities to crowns (even a frenectomy surgery!) my mouth and my smile has never been better. I smile at every chance I get. I will never take for granted the amount of happiness that comes from being able to smile and not worry about what my teeth look like.

The whole front office staff was fantastic. Anytime I called with a question or to book an appointment they were fast, friendly and on top of everything!

Definitely recommend them to anyone with severe dental phobia like me!!

The ability of Veranda Dentistry to blend the best of top-notch service, personalization and professional care is unmatched from my experience. Best dental provider I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Dr. Chad Johnson, hygienist Heather Cox and the administrative folks.Just an easy and welcoming environment staffed by people who are good at their jobs and truly care.

Dr. Chad is extremely professional, caring and thorough. Listens to patient's concerns and answers questions and addresses issues. Hygienists are gentle, and provide complete service and care.
Having not been to a dentist for 30+ years, I was terrified. Veranda calmed all my fears & takes great care of my mouth!!

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed and an implant put in yesterday. Went smooth and painless. In and out in under an hour. Dr Johnson was great throughout the process. And explained every step. Also took blood and extracted the plasma to put back in the extraction site to aid in the healing process. I'm sure I'm not explaining that process perfectly. But pretty cool stuff.

Always amazing and always awesome! Sedation dentistry makes everything doable and very very rarely have I had to go back to have any work done twerked in any way. Dr. Emily, Dr. Chad and all staff are amazing!

I'd rather go to a dentist who DOESN'T badmouth his former patients and tell people about their confidential medical information.

If you value your privacy and HIPAA, I'd suggest staying far away from Chad Johnson!

I have to tell y'all Doctor Chad is Amazing omg pays attention and can relate to demands lol lol now the nurses that makes it easier for the Doc are amazing. Mrs Sally on the front no matter what the is going to bring she has a beautiful smile, now Mrs Jessica is also amazing I can complain and talk and talk and she is patient with me omg I love them. So all I have to say is I love my whole experience with this Facility. ❤️

I got three of my cavities filled. I always hate going to the dentist as we all do but this place makes the visit as pleasant as possible.
1. Everyone here was nice and knowledgeable!
2. The office environment was super clean.
3. I came in on my appointed time and they took cared of me quickly
4. Everything went smooth.
5. They give me many options and tell me which is better which may lead to consequense, I can choose from them. I like it!
Dr Kate did very professional work. I didn't feel any pain during the process. And about half day after the filling, I barely feel anything bad about the tooth, it really feels like fully recovered! And the filling feels so smooth like my own teeth!

As a new patient, I really appreciated the ability to submit my information online prior to my appointment. This made the process seamless and I was able to show up right on time rather than 15 - 20 minutes early, a great perk when time is so valuable.

Dr. Emily and staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable! Cleaning and checkup were performed in a timely manner and all information provided was very easy to understand. My follow-up cavity filling was quick and painless. I am very glad I chose Veranda!

This was my two daughters’ first time at Veranda, and the experience was great! The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated that each person explained things in great detail and in a way that was understandable. I was also impressed with the high level of technology!
