Dr. Chad always gives you options for your dental care. Patients appreciate that the staff is very professional and suggests the best care for their dental needs. When discussing the cost of treatments, they listen to their patients' concerns and offer alternatives if available.
Despite the positive reviews, one negative review stands out. A patient had a root canal done at Veranda Dentistry in 2018, and the crown made for that tooth snapped in half eating soft food. Since Veranda Dentistry stopped accepting their insurance, they switched providers and had their new dentist take a look. The root canal provided at Veranda was done poorly, and before they could get the crown fixed, they had to get another root canal. The patient had to pay over $1500 to have what Veranda screwed up fixed.
Overall, Veranda Dentistry is a great dental clinic that provides exceptional dental care. Patients can expect to receive the best treatment from a caring and professional staff.

I don't make many reviews but this place is by far the best Dentist office I've ever been to. I used to have high anxiety whenever I went to the dentist like most people do I assume, but ever since finding Veranda and their team. I almost get excited that I have a dentist appointment now.

Dr Emily is the poster child for professionalism. Fantastic work done with care. Her staff is well trained and things just seem to happen seamlessly. It amazes me that Dr Emily seems to enter the room at just the right time. she communicates respectfully with her staff as she inspects their work. She applies gentile reminders when appropriate and commends a job well done. She listens to me and asks questions to draw out answers or to gain a deeper understanding. She has impressive leadership skills for a Dentist so young. This is why she is my dentist.

Dr Emily Flesner at Veranda Dentistry has done some amazing tooth artwork same day service for me and without pain! She doesn't try to do more than i need or want yet has state of the art equipment in the office to get the job done. I don't have small children yet i hear her with them and see her little patients leave happy. Her entire staff is so sweet and professional. The cleanings there are fabulous too.

My experience is always pretty great. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and they are always thinking of their patients needs. They are very flexible and accommodating especially when you show up on the wrong day or miss your original appointment. The best dentists office I've been to and trust they will keep my teeth nice for years to come.
