Dr. Chad always gives you options for your dental care. Patients appreciate that the staff is very professional and suggests the best care for their dental needs. When discussing the cost of treatments, they listen to their patients' concerns and offer alternatives if available.
Despite the positive reviews, one negative review stands out. A patient had a root canal done at Veranda Dentistry in 2018, and the crown made for that tooth snapped in half eating soft food. Since Veranda Dentistry stopped accepting their insurance, they switched providers and had their new dentist take a look. The root canal provided at Veranda was done poorly, and before they could get the crown fixed, they had to get another root canal. The patient had to pay over $1500 to have what Veranda screwed up fixed.
Overall, Veranda Dentistry is a great dental clinic that provides exceptional dental care. Patients can expect to receive the best treatment from a caring and professional staff.

I went in for the 1st step of 3 implants. Dr Chad spent a lot of time explaining and involving me in the process, which I appreciated. Mine was not a simple case. He spent a lot of time planning and talking to me. Many dentists would not have done that. That is why Dr Chad is the best!!! He assured me he would make me comfortable during the procedure but I was still very anxious. He was true to his word. I remembered nothing of the procedure. He also made sure I was well covered for pain control. I knew there would be pain, and there sure is, but I am as comfortable as I could be after such major dental work. Thanks to all the crew. Even though I have no memory I am sure they were great because they always are.

Great first visit. Needed a crown and they did the procedure immediately! Great result. I also had a gum problem and Dr Johnson referred me to an endodontist. Very good dentist office.

Mistakenly hit the first star thinking it would let me highlight all 5. If there were 10 stars I would definitely rate a 10. I love Dr Chad and his office staff. He has done an awesome jb so far to fix my teeth and can't wait to see final results. Have already referred the clinic to my family and friends. Would definitely recommend Dr Chad!!

I changed to Veranda Dentistry after going to the same dentist for 20 years prior. I was have a severe dental phobia and was very apprehensive. Everyone at Veranda is amazing! For the first time ever I am not terrified to go to the dentist. I love the people and the fact that everything I needed could be done in their office. I need sedation for dental work and they are able to do it right there. My previous office had to send me out if I wanted sedation. I am working on getting the rest of my family transferred there.

I would recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. They are so incredibly kind. My only star comes off because I had to drive to Ankeny to get the root canal (based on the location and type of issue only-not Veranda's fault) and the ouch factor won't let me type another star. I would fully recommend Veranda to anyone and will go back!!!

Amalio Montez DMV and his entire staff they make you feel relaxed and at ease. They are very though from ex-rays to exams and anything else that may be needed.
And did I mention there prices are the most reasonable if have found..

First visit in I had a tooth chipped and it was just painful. I advised the staff I get nervous with dentist and they were amazing. Calmed me down when i got nervous. Staff is just great. The dentist was amazing as well 6 mins and had my tooth pulled and I wasnt in any pain any more. Highly recommened and will be going here from now on
