Veranda Dentistry is a place to go for the latest dental care. They have top-of-the-line care for all your needs and a staff that is second to none. Dr. Chad always gives you options for your dental care. Patients appreciate that the staff is very professional and suggests the best care for their dental needs. When discussing the cost of treatments, they listen to their patients' concerns and offer alternatives if available.
Despite the positive reviews, one negative review stands out. A patient had a root canal done at Veranda Dentistry in 2018, and the crown made for that tooth snapped in half eating soft food. Since Veranda Dentistry stopped accepting their insurance, they switched providers and had their new dentist take a look. The root canal provided at Veranda was done poorly, and before they could get the crown fixed, they had to get another root canal. The patient had to pay over $1500 to have what Veranda screwed up fixed.
Overall, Veranda Dentistry is a great dental clinic that provides exceptional dental care. Patients can expect to receive the best treatment from a caring and professional staff.

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Emily and her assistants have provided excellent service each time I've gone. They have answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing step-by-step so I felt included and informed. Highly recommend!!!

Went to my regular 3-month dental appointment yesterday, and after xrays were taken, a cavity was found under a very deep filling in my lower far right molar. Because the tooth above it had been removed a few years back, I had decided that when this tooth started causing issues it would come out. So I asked if Dr. Chad had time to do it then, instead of my having to come back, as my schedule is somewhat iffy because my husband is in Hospice care at home in our apartment. Dr. Chad didn't even hesitate, even though he had a full schedule. Within about 10-15 minutes the tooth was out. Can't thank the Veranda Dentistry staff enough for going above and beyond to meet my needs. And the best part - I only had to take over-the-counter Equate pain tablets a couple times before bedtime last night. Absolutely no pain today and no meds today! They are truly the best!

This was my first visit to Veranda and it was a great experience. I was suffering with severe tooth pain and they promptly scheduled me for an appointment early the next morning.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere at the clinic is relaxed and positive.

I just completed a KOR whitening treatment on my 66-year-old teeth at Veranda Dentistry. With all the isolation factors involved due to the Corona Virus Epidemic, we had some scheduling hitches for the multiple treatments. The staff worked with me to insure that I received all of my treatments in a timely manner. Special kudos to Dental Hygenist Heather Wedum-Cox for providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction with the final results. We even worked through an electrical blackout due to an adverse weather storm.
I am very pleased with the results of the treatments. My teeth have been rejuvinated to a luster in my smile that has brought my appearance back to a 20-year-ago smile. I am very pleased with Veranda Dentistry and their professional expertise and award- winning attention to patient's health needs and appearance.

Chad and his crew at Oral Health Clinic are super fantastic!!!! There hasn't been a single visit that I didn't get my high five from Chad and friendly smiles from the staff. I would have given a 10 but there is only 5 stars to choose from. Such a relaxing and enjoyable environment! Way to go guys! 10 years down and 90 to go:) I also have to give kudos to the emphasis on family when you come in the door, they are great with kids and really care for the whole family! I changed my mind.......20 STARS!

I have had numerous bad experiences at dental offices in the past , but when I first came in with a horrific toothache, they got me in and took care of if it . When they say “ virtually painless “ they mean it . Except of course for the shot in the roof of the mouth , that one will always sting lol . Definitely will be back . Very friendly staff , from the moment you walk in and the moment you leave . I do not dread going to the dentist anymore .

My husband and I love Dr. Johnson, he takes such good care of us and is actually personally concerned about our oral health. I am amazed with all of his technological advancements; he is always staying on top of the newest and best forms of treatment. Veranda is phenomenal I drive 45 minutes to go here instead of switching to someone else on my side of town. Everyone who works here is great and friendly and Chad always makes sure to stop by to shake your hand and ask how you are doing which is a nice touch. I'll never switch dentists.
