Veranda Dentistry is a place to go for the latest dental care. They have top-of-the-line care for all your needs and a staff that is second to none. Dr. Chad always gives you options for your dental care. Patients appreciate that the staff is very professional and suggests the best care for their dental needs. When discussing the cost of treatments, they listen to their patients' concerns and offer alternatives if available.
Despite the positive reviews, one negative review stands out. A patient had a root canal done at Veranda Dentistry in 2018, and the crown made for that tooth snapped in half eating soft food. Since Veranda Dentistry stopped accepting their insurance, they switched providers and had their new dentist take a look. The root canal provided at Veranda was done poorly, and before they could get the crown fixed, they had to get another root canal. The patient had to pay over $1500 to have what Veranda screwed up fixed.
Overall, Veranda Dentistry is a great dental clinic that provides exceptional dental care. Patients can expect to receive the best treatment from a caring and professional staff.

Dr. Chad is always friendly and willing to listen if you have concerns or soreness or even pain. Shanda does a great job cleaning my teeth. Veranda also works directly with my insurance and I don't have to do anything.

Growing up we could never afford a dentist, so at 22 I walked into Chad's office for the first time. Everyone working there was so kind and so understanding of my situation. Chad helped me choose options for correcting my teeth and genuinely cared. Today I had 6 teeth pulled very efficiently and quickly. I don't remember much because of the medicine I was on but the part I do remember was as pleasant as teeth pulling could be. Can't wait to see what this next year brings on my oral health and hopefully straight teeth for the first time!

The whole staff is very positive and friendly and as much as I hate going to the dentist, they make it as comfortable as possible for me. Very thorough staff. Professional and courteous. You get in to your appointment on time. The staff and facility is very technologically advanced in comparison to many dental offices. They offer complete services from start to finish. My first visit included complete exams and X-rays. Once those were done, I received a plan of action and by the time I went to check out I received an estimate of the costs associated with each phase of the plan and a schedule. Very professional!
