I was extremely disappointed at my experience today, and actually am quite angry.. I've been to Mortenson in Jeffersonville before and they are awesome, but this location is just awful and unprofessional.
They got me in quickly but it was downhill from there. I waited around for about 30 minutes to be seen by the dentist, and found out I have 4 cavities and receding gums (Which was what was causing my pain and WHY I made an appointment). Since I am moving out of state in two days, they understandably couldn't fill my cavities before my move. What made me mad was that there were no hygienists available to even clean my teeth?! Even though I had an appointment?? The assistant came back to tell me that and that it would be a while and I said that I could wait but she proceeded to-- basically-- shove me out of the room.
All this is after I clearly said I was in pain from my gums.. The cleaning would have soothed the pain somewhat. I have never been to a dentist where they did NOT do a cleaning. This was one big waste of my time.
Mortenson is great.. This location is not. They are rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Don't waste your time.
