The dentist that took care of me was awesome. The dental assistant was very helpful and made me fill comfortable. On the second day of the tooth extraction I called and left message and no return phone call. On The third day I was in so much pain I called again and as of today no return call. Had to travel to Urgent Dental on Sunday for them to take care of me. Tried calling today and was put on hold and no one answered.

I am really impressed with the staff at Mortensen. They are professional, efficient, and are reasonably priced. For someone is extremely uncomfortable at any dentist or doctor office, the staff are understanding and patient. The quality of work is outstanding

The entire staff is friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. I’ve hated & dreaded going to the dentist for years because of a bad childhood experience, but my pain was unbearable! I needed five fillings, a deep gum cleaning, & a root canal. My fear was still there, but pain is absolutely a motivator. Nonetheless, they made the entire process easy & painless. I’m glad to finally have healthy teeth & gums, & I definitely won’t miss any follow up appointments.

Dr Walker is awesome. Thank You very much for making me feel comfortable when I was so nervous. You are so kind. Your assistant (sorry I can’t remember how to spell her name) but please let her know that she is wonderful!!! So sweet and I liked her a lot. Keep her!! Also when I came in to have my teeth cleaned Tiffany was my hygienist and she was great too. I felt happy and had a smile on my face the whole time. Thank all of you for making my visit so pleasant!!! You all are so good, kind and helpful and I will never go any place else for my dental care!!! Thank You very much
