They were 45 minutes late today. They usually are considerate of your time and call before you if they’re running late, but not today. That was inconsiderate and I didn’t like it.

I went in for a general cleaning, the dental hygienist informed me I needed a deep cleaning based on her evaluation. I knew my insurance did not pay for this and told her no, lets just do a regular cleaning, finances are tight because my husband is in the hospital right now. she informed me her mom was in the hospital! What that had to do with me and my finances I do not know but basically I felt like she was saying she didn't care. She then informed me that if she did a basic cleaning she would lose her dental hygienist license! I told her I would gladly sign a waiver that I declined the deep cleaning after being informed that I had some 4's and a few 5's. She again said no, that she would lose her license. I was very upset by this time and got up crying and left. I had to call my insurance and let them know what had happened so they could not bill for the cleaning the hygienist refused to do. The dentist was never involved in any of this! Worst experience ever!!!

This was the WORST service i have ever received in my life. On Nov. 12, 2020 i was scheduled for a 4pm appointment for a filling and cleaning. I arrived on time and waited for 45min before i was seen by the dentist. At that time the assistant took my xrays and the dentist reviewed my chart. He then tells me that i need to see an oral surgeon to have a broken crown removed. When i asked about my filling and cleaning they told me i would not receive service because it was 5oclock and the office was closed! Why did they schedule me for 4pm it they close at 5??? And then have me sit for 45min and then Sorry....its time for us to go!!!! Who does that! I have never been to a doctor or dentist and was refused service because the office closed while I was sitting there! I will be filing a formal complaint! This office is unprofessional! In a time when people risk their own health and safety to go see a doctor.....they refuse service because its time to go home!!!! Horrible site! Terrible staff!! Dont go here. I would give 0 stars if i could!!!

Best dentist office around. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable, and they will have you in and out quickly and take care of anything and everything you might need. Plus they have an amazing deal on the best whitening kit I have ever used.

I have been going to this Mortenson for over 7 years now and I have never had a better dental experience. Dr. Walker and the staff are excellent!
The hygienist, Brittany, is awesome, too. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment now!

Today was one of the worst. Went in for a simple cleaning ended up waiting 30 mins just for the doctor to come back from "lunch" than ultimately when I was about to leave another doctor came to see me smh.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I started going to Mortenson I feel really comfortable and relaxed while I am there everyone is so nice I would recommend them to anyone

I’ve seen dr walker and dr ruby I think his name was i could be wrong but both are amazing!
