Very thorough , took time with me .knew her job well. Extremely gentle no discomfort at all. I have had several procedures with them ,I highly recommend miss sharol,and Doctor walker the most caring and professional individuals. Wished I had these Doctors compared to ones of my many years of past ones just outstanding.😁.

They said that the Insurance was going to pay for my deep cleaning every year, but now they said I will have to pay $75.00 if it doesn't get approved by Insurance. Also was told I have to pay $75.00 after 6 months for maintenance after the deep cleaning. That Insurance won't pay for that! I am just aggravated about the whole situation! Also, said I can't ever get a regular cleaning because of the bone loss. SMH And a couple of years ago, had a filling put in close to another tooth, and had to go back a couple of times for them to sand it down because it was rough in between the two teeth, and It bothered me. They couldn't get it! It still bothers me! Other than that, everyone was friendly.

My Mortenson's in Valley Station is fantastic. The people are wonderful and always friendly. I overheard a person who was extremely distraught over something and the employees were so nice to him going out of their way to make things right for him. It was nothing they had done wrong, it involved insurance procedures they couldn't bypass. By the time they were through he was calm and satisfied. They work hard at making people happy!

I went to Mortenson after a very bad experience at another dentist. The staff here is awesome. The hygienist, I think her name is Hope, is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helped ease my anxiety. They answered all of my millions of questions, and really took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I actually understood what they were saying. I wish I would of went here first. I would recommend them to everyone. They are fantastic.

Everyone was very friendly and patient with me. I have severe anxiety about dentist and they walked me through everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend them for others who have a fear of dentist.

Was there yesterday for my broken tooth to be checked & it was so loud & sounded like a high school cafe room, being someone with high anxiety & disabilities I do not recommend this dental care facility, upon being notified of the stress from environment, I was immediately swarmed by three dental assistants who proceeded to degrade me & talk to me as if I was a newborn in front of anyone who was nearby. This was embarrassing for both sides & sad to see a dentistry act this way.. will not be recommending Mortenson

Today was my first visit to this dentist office. My most recent experiences with my previous dentist were very negative and on my mind. This office is the dental care I’ve been searching for! Everyone I came into contact with were absolutely fantastic!! From the front desk, X-ray tech, dentist and dental hygienist, everyone demonstrated professionalism as well as caring. I especially would like to thank the hygienist Crystal. She was so pleasant and for the first time ever I was able to experience a painless cleaning. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful care I received.
1/13/20 UPDATE: My return visit was very different from the first. In my opinion Dr Josh McAlpin was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He REPEATEDLY, ( 5 times), required me to detail the events that led to my arrival that day. (The previous dentist detailed a treatment plan that included a root canal on a tooth that was determined to be causing referred pain for several weeks prior. ) Meanwhile I’m in severe pain, especially for last three days expecting to have it resolved with the root canal that was supposed to be performed. I finally had enough of him telling me he was going to fix a cavity and left. DO NOT EXPECT PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM JOSH MCALPIN!!

I see Dr. Walker, she is wonderful. All of the staff is amazing and friendly. Not judgmental at all. I don’t like going to the dentist but they make it comfortable!
