PearlFection Dentistry - Frederick Maryland

Today was my first time and first visit to this dental office and they were amazing! The office is beautiful and clean and the front desk were very nice. I then was met with Susan who is BEYOND nice!!! She really took my experience at the doctors office to another level! She is very knowledgeable, patient and gentle while handling my teeth! Dr. Stringer was very thorough as well and she explained everything in detail. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! 😁

I must say I was kind of anxious going to a new dentist after having the same dentist for years. However upon arrival I felt at ease…the facility itself was clean, the waiting area was comfortable and plush with the chairs and the employees were friendly. Susan was excellent! She had a warm and inviting personality, she was thorough, provided clear directions and was easy to talk to. She definitely added to my experience. I also appreciate Dr.Stringer’s professionalism and entertaining my minimal knowledge of dentistry when sharing my past dental work. I look forward to becoming a new patient- especially since making appointments are easy and appear to be readily available. My only feedback would be to make the forms digital or use an iPad at check in. My previous dentist did that and it was convenient!

I was really nervous about going to the dentist having bad experiences in the past but Pearlfection Dentistry made me feel very comfortable from the start. Susan greeted me and explained everything and was so sweet while taking x-rays and helped me feel less anxious through the appointment. Dr. Stringer was very pleasant and thorough with the exam and explained everything she was doing and showed me the pictures and x-rays as she explained so I understood completely. I also loved the fact that they went through any work I needed done and then prioritize it based on need vs what my plan covers. Susan and Dr. Stringer are amazing at their jobs and made me feel way more comfortable about going to the dentist and even recommended other Dr's in the office I would get along with for work I needed done.

By far the best dental practice I’ve been to. Every person from the receptionist to the dentist was extremely nice and very professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. My 3 year old daughter loved her dentist and I love my dentist.
Dr. Stringer and her assistant, Susan are truly amazing! They made me feel welcomed and are helping me with making my smile brighter 😊

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience at this office was nothing short of amazing. The Dr./owner was so friendly and went over all my results and gave me a plan to move forward. The office was spotless! One individual who really stuck out to me was Susan. Susan got me set up and did all of my X-rays. She was super friendly and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. She was so sweet and her customer service is something everyone in that industry should strive for. She really set the bar high and represents that office well. Thank you again and keep it up!

I had a great consultation today at Pearlfection Dentistry. The moment I walked in I was happily greeted and treated very well. Susan was wonderful. She took great care of me while performing my X-rays. Dr. Stringer explained in detail the analysis of my teeth and we have a plan going forward thanks to her and her team. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism, bed side manner and overall sweet disposition of every person I came in contact with.

This was probably the best dental experience I have ever had in my whole 28 years of living. Dr. Stinger and her assistant Susan were the best. They thoroughly explained my exam with incredible detail and were very sweet and friendly. The Frederick office is HUGE, clean and bright from natural light and modern interior design. I’m very happy to be switching dentists over and look forward to seeing them again :)

Wow! I had the most wonderful experience at the dentist with Danielle! I am so fearful of needles and my teeth are so sensitive. However Danielle put me at ease, I was so comfortable maybe within 2 min I met her. She is so skilled and did an outstanding job with my root scaling. I was so relaxed and was happy to let her do her job. She is definitely very knowledgeable! So glad I finally found my new hygienist after moving! And the best part I found an excellent one! Fantastic establishment!
I switch to this dentist office after breaking up with my last dentist office. Long story short, my last dentist office didn’t care about their patients so I did my research and chose here because I saw a flyer. When I walked in, I was welcomed in by a delightful team of young ladies behind the desk. All pleasant, it was nice to see their smiles and they all had wonderful customer service skills. Susan took me back for my initial X-rays and stuff that needed to be done prior to the doctor seeing me. Susan was so kind, patient, and attentive. She was super helpful and made me feel like I had been her patient for years. The dentist herself was awesome. She took her time exposing to me what I needed and some other questions that I had, which was super very helpful. I am looking forward to returning there for all my dental needs!!

I am beyond thankful for PearlFection and would recommend this office to everyone. My experience with this office has been remarkable. I came in for an emergency tooth removal. It was a blessing finding an oral surgeon that could see me on the same day of my emergency. The building is beautiful and bright creating a warm and comforting environment. The staff is welcoming and supportive. Dr. Golly, Dr. Stringer, Dr. Patel have been so helpful. Susan one of the dental assistants to assist me was very sweet and comforting. 5 out 5 is not enough for this office. Thank you all so much.
