Patient beware; Make absolutely certain that they are in network with your dental insurance before you go. I asked if they "took" my insurance and they said yes. What they meant was: We are OUT-OF-NETWORK but will file a claim with your insurance which they never specified. I only found out when my insurance notified me of the claim and let me know I owed them $153 for xrays and nothing else (They schedule xrays first and cleanings on a completely different day afterwards. Very odd). So if you have Metlife, do NOT go here. Otherwise, very clean, very professional, very nice. Just a little dishonest due to lies by omission. Which for me is a deal breaker.

The staff is all incredibly sweet! Susan made me feel very welcome and safe from the moment my visit started (very important, especially during these times). She was very personable which made me feel comfortable being there, didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist! Dr. Stringer was great as well. She was very straightforward with my dental wants and needs. I got all of my questions answered and was assisted very efficiently. I’m so glad I found them!

PearlFection is amazing! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while (probably 8 years) and all of the staff made me feel so welcome and calm. Susan is THE BEST - she was so sweet and comforting and helped me feel very at ease. Dr. Stringer was also great and gave me a comprehensible treatment plan. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially people who have avoided going to the dentist for a long time.
