Alicia and Dr. Lawson were fantastic. Both were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Alicia explained procedures and showed me what she was seeing, giving me a level of insight that has been missing with other dentist offices. This was my first visit, but so far I'm impressed.

Today I had a cleaning with Danielle and she was outstanding. I appreciate how she took on an educator role during the examination to help me understand what she was finding as well as the subsequent steps. During treatment she was communicative and alert to potential pain. Thank you, Danielle.

By far the most personable staff I have ever met. Susan was so nice to talk to from the moment she called me in from the waiting room. I didn't get my usual anxiety spike that I get from going to the dentist. I was actually talking and laughing with Susan. When Dr. Stringer came in the room, I tensed up as per usual; but she was so sweet and she spent so much time explaining everything and going over my x-rays as well as googling images for comparison. Both ladies were very compassionate, and gentle. This was the first time I have ever left the dentist in a better mood than when I had arrived.

My dental hygienist was fabulous. She was patient with me every time I had to adjust, was extremely gentle on my gums and showed care in a lot of little details. I would recommend this office as a whole. The front desk team was friendly and informative. The scheduling process was easy and flexible. I was given an additional explanation of benefits to provide clarity and an accurate depiction of what was expected of me before I left the office. I don’t always get the same great hygienist but all the others have been well practiced.

This was my first time visiting Pearlfection and definitely won’t be my last. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Dr. Stringer was knowledgeable and explained all the X-rays and the next steps in treatment process. Dental assistant Susan was excellent!! Susan was very friendly and eased you during the whole appointment. Definitely would recommend this team if you are looking for a new dentist.
