PearlFection Dentistry - Frederick Maryland

Pearlfection was absolutely top notch! From the moment I walked in the door the reception staff delivered warm greetings!! I was immediately greeted by Susan who was my dental assistant! I absolutely love her! Susan is very personable, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Shortly after meeting Susan, I was greeting by Dr. Stringer! Oh my word… in my Susan voice…. Dr. Stringer gave me the best care and advice as if I was a first year dental student instead of a scientist learning about my teeth and overall dentistry. I love Pearlfection!!!!! 🌹🌹

I had my first visit yesterday at pearlfection dentistry. I had a wonderful experience. Susan and Dr. Stringer were amazing. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. I’ve learned so much from them than any other dentist I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

Having not been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit, I chose PearlFection for the convenience of multiple types of dentistry under one roof. My experience has been excellent, with my only regret being that I waited so long. Drs Huang and Patel, Katrin, Morgan, and everyone I have worked with have been courteous, friendly, and have an obvious desire to provide an outstanding and comfortable experience for their patients. Their outstanding work is much appreciated!

Susan was the sweetest. She was a lot of help with making me feel with the dentist. Very friendly. I highly recommend them, especially her. She made my appointment feel comfortable and easy. Thank you.

Last week I had a real dental emergency and went in to see Dr. Chi and Katrin from the PearlFection team in Frederick.

I was immediately met with friendly and compassionate staff that focused all of their attention on the issue I was experiencing.

Dr. Chi was excellent and a consummate professional as we discussed my options. While he provided his opinion, he was never one to push me in a certain direction and he supported my final decision.

While he knew I was uncomfortable and wished to take care of the issue immediately, he found room in his schedule to fit me in and get it taken care of- immediately.

While the procedure I had done was quite extensive, I left with minimal pain, and woke up the next day feeling fantastic.

I am not only proud to call The PearlFection team my Dentist, but proud to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and experienced dentist.

Had my first appointment today. I'm normally very nervous at the dentist's office, but Susan made me feel so comfortable. We chatted like we've known each other for years. She explained everything that was happening and took lots of xrays. I've had lots of dental work and I've had a few dentists and I've never felt this comfortable this fast. I give credit to Susan and Dr. Stringer for that. Thank you ladies! Other dentists that I have visited feel like I'm a set of teeth for them to fix, not a real person with anxiety. I'm loving that all different types of teeth doctors are in one place. No asking for a referral or bring xrays or traveling to a new office which makes my anxiety go up. I hope this is my forever dentist office!💜 Thank you PearlFection.

Being new to the practice, we had an excellent visit with Katrina and Dr Lawson who were both very friendly and professional - highly recommend this practice. Dr Lawson very patiently explained the X-rays and treatment plan for our 17yr old. Looking forward to having our daughter's first dental treatment there!

So…. as always going to the dentist can be difficult for most. You can be scared, worried, or hesitant just to name a few. I’ve tried a few dentist over the years just to be disappointed after my visit. So my lovely wife recommended PearlFection which is where she goes. I said what the heck I’ll try them. So I went and to my surprise I had a great visit. In particular the dental hygienist named Susan was awesome! I cannot describe how great her service was. First off she greeted me with a big smile and asked me if XYZ was my wife. I said yes she is. She had nothing but good things to say about her. (That’s why I married her lol) Susan continued to be very friendly and welcoming, while at the same time being knowledgeable and skillful. It was a perfect balance of being professional yet friendly. We even discussed our shared interest in the game of tennis and now Pickle Ball, although she is wayyyy more advanced than I am. Go Champ! She was able to make feel comfortable while being patient as I tried to follow instructions with new technology at the dental office. She also had excellent bedside manner and answered any questions I had. Eventually Dr. Stringer came in and was great as well. It was the first time someone really explained dental work to me beyond a generic explanation. Even having audio/visual showing me my own teeth. I’m a straight shooter and told her to be that way with me. But she was so kind that it was hard too. But she found a way to shoot straight but with grace and care. The entire time I talked with Dr. Stringer, Susan was right there by my side and was able to confirm things the Dr. was explaining which was very comforting. I can’t say enough about Susan, so going forward I will definitely be going to PearlFection. The name was so fitting when it came to the service. If I don’t happen to get Susan on future visits (I hope I do) I just hope that the other staffers there are half the person she is. Sorry I don’t want to write a book but if you’re looking for a great Dental Office try PearlFection! I just hope you get Susan as your hygienist!!

I had such a pleasure to meet Susan and Randall on my first visit on November 16.They took time to sit with me and answer all my questions. Susan is very gentle and walked me through everything. Randall helped me understand the costs and schedule future appointments. I recommend this office.

Dr.Stringer and Susan were awesome, very friendly service and thorough work. Office was clean and well kept, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were beyond helpful. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
