PearlFection Dentistry - Frederick Maryland

The staff at PearlFection Dentistry is amazing! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They take great care of you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I've been a patient of Susan's a few times and each time she remembers what's been going on in my life, asks how my family is doing, and really takes her time to get to know me. Dr. Stringer is always professional, takes the time to explain what's going on, shows me pictures and answers any questions I have. She is a great dentist and always very pleasant to be around! I've been a patient at PearlFection since 2013. I always look forward to going to the dentist, and not many people can say that!

I just switched to PearlFection Dentistry and I already love it. I had my new patient examination today and Susan the dental assistant was awesome. Susan is very friendly and extremely professional. Dr. Stringer was so kind and she explained everything very well.

I'm newer to the area and after looking for a new dentist and having a TERRIBLE experience at a different dentistry I arrived here at pearlfection. This place deserves 6 stars. Not only is everyone super personable, but the amount of explanation and clarification on what needed to be done and why was outstanding. Roseanne has by far exceeded my expectations of what amazing patient care should be! As someone who has avoided a dentist at all costs, she has made this such a comfortable experience!

At my 6 month cleaning, Rossann was my hygienist and was great! She was very friendly and made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable during my appointment. I also had an issue with a prescription and my pharmacy, and Will was extremely helpful and took care of things right away! I’m very happy to have found PearlFection!

I was recently seen at the Frederick office by Dr. Stringer and her assistant, Susan. I can not say enough wonderful things! I am someone that has suffered from dental anxiety for years. They both made me feel better in a matter of minutes. Susan was kind, understanding and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Stringer was very informative and explained things in great detail. She was friendly and relatable. I left the office feeling positive. I look forward to my visit next week and the start of getting my dental work completed!!

I have to say that this is the BEST experience that I've had at a dentist office. It's absolutely perfect...the workmanship, professionalism, customer service, atmosphere, and convenience. Ask for Susan and Dr. Stringer! They are a great team. Susan is so nice and reassuring while she walks you through the process every step of the way. Dr. Stringer did a great job on my fillings and I felt no discomfort at all. I recommended them to the rest of my family and will recommend them to my friends next!

I had such a great experience at Pearl dentistry in Frederick Maryland. All of the ladies in the front desk were super nice and answered any questions that I had without any attitude. Specifically, Ms. Susan Was such a doll! She was very friendly and kept a great conversation and explained everything as she was going. She definitely made my day and made my experience feel very personalized and like I mattered.

Such an awesome place! I am a new patient and could not ask for a better welcome from the front counter all the way to Dr. Stringer. Most importantly though was Susan. You always have that person during a visit that makes you feel the most comfortable. When someone takes pride in what they do they put full attention to you during your visit, new or a repeat customer. Susan completely took care of me from checking in with me in the waiting room to walking me to the exit after. Fantastic service and thanks to all the staff. 5 star all the way. See you again soon 😁

Beautiful facility. It’s always clean and professional with high end tech and equipment. It also has great spa like atmosphere on the inside. I’m a person who used to get very anxious at the dentist. I don’t since switching to Pearlfection.
The staff has been wonderful and kind. Rossanne was the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth and took my X-rays. She’s awesome and very thorough with her job. My family all comes to Pearlfection because we’ve had great experiences consistently and I’d recommend their office to anyone.

The staff were very polite and thorough with their discussion and consultation. I worked with Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan for my first visit to a dentist in a long time and I was very impressed with how painless, quick and easy the whole process was. The office is very open, bright and clean. 10/10 would recommend.
