Thank you to the team at PearlFection get back on track to healthy teeth! Dr. Stringer and Susan were so kind in educating me on dental health and easing my anxiety about going to the dentist. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Wait time very minimal and ALL the dentists/staff are wonderful! Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan explains everything in advance, keeping you informed as your exam moves along; they were not only very gentle but keep you at ease during your visit. Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Highly recommend Pearlfection dentistry!

This was my first time coming to this dentist and it was as great as expected. Susan and Dr. Stringer walked me through all my x-rays and introduction appointment. Susan explained every step clearly and concisely. It was even her birthday! Then Dr. Stringer came in to do the exam and explained the x-rays along with my treatment plan. She explained how my impacted wisdom teeth were harming my next molars and a bunch of other issues. I came away much more informed about my dental health! Then I went in with Tracie to get my introduction folder with my treatment plan in it. She explained everything well and was even able to answer all my questions. She even mentioned the referral program where you and the person you refer get a whitening kit. Everybody was able to offer the in home insurance which is actually good coverage for a good price. I was able to schedule a filling for a cavity that Dr. Stringer suggested was urgent within the same week! Then on my filling appointment Dr. Redact (sorry I forgot her name) was the absolute best! So was her tech. She explained everything before we started and any pain felt she would immediately stop. I had to have double the dose of anesthesia and she was very patient waiting for me to feel the full affect. The entire time she was drilling and filling she would ask if I was okay. Then the following day she personally called me to check on me for any pain. She even remembered the headache I had from the anesthesia. The whole office has made me feel comfortable and cared for. The best dental office and team I’ve had in my entire life.

This was my first visit to PearlFection Dentistry and Susan & Dr. Stringer were welcoming, personal, and clearly explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. Susan made sure I was able to schedule my next appointment to coincide with the orthodontist. I would recommend PearlFection Dentistry just based off my first experience!

I'm amazed at how comfortable I was at my urgent visit yesterday. I haven't been able to find a dentist that makes me feel this way in years. As a new patient I was sent a link for forms to fill out ahead of time, which was a time-saver for me. I've never had the experience of the staff and dentist reading my forms before calling me back, but Susan greeted me by the name I gave as my "preferred name". She was friendly and smiling and referred to some of the answers I gave on the forms. She made me feel comfortable right away and made sure she not only addressed the broken tooth I came in for, but the opposite tooth that I mentioned was painful at times. Quick x-rays with state-of-the-art digital equipment and Dr. Singer was able to come in and review the images and the affected teeth. She was equally as friendly and gave me detailed information about these teeth and developed a plan to fix them.
I am so happy with the way I was treated yesterday I signed up for the In-House dental plan. That way I can keep coming back for preventive services as well.

I felt very nervous about finding a new dentist when I moved to Frederick. When I called Pearlfection, Will answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining their new patient processes. When I arrived, Susan guided me through the appointment and was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Dr. Stringer was kind and very thorough, and I now feel much more comfortable trusting my mouth to a new team.

I had such a great experience at the PearlFection Facility. The facility itself is beautiful and hardly makes you feel like you’re at the dentist! Dr. Stringer was lovely! She answered all of my concerns and assured me I had nothing to worry about as I am afraid of the dentist. Her dental assistant, Susan, was the sweetest soul! She made me feel very comfortable as she took my X-rays and prepared me for my consultation with Dr. Stringer. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I just completed my very first visit to PearlFection Dentistry in the Frederick office. The office was so clean and well organized. Their COVID protocol was thorough and efficient. I met with Susan first, who could not have been more personable and caring. She welcomed me to office and made me feel like I was valued and they were genuinely happy to have me choose them for my dental needs.

Dr. Stringer completed my exam and spent time explaining each image and result with me. They carved out a reasonable treatment plan and walked me through next steps.

My overall experience at PearlFection was a positive one and I will be continuing with them for my treatment.
