The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I had a great experience with Susan. She made me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. I am always very anxious at the dentist and she did a great job in making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Stringer took the time to explain throughout the exam and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed.

Be careful using credit card at this place in Frederick. Also, be cognizant of possible overcharging patients by a self appointed financial manager. Further, one male dentist assistant discusses personal matters(money & dating a customer) with the Dentist during procedure. A dental tool was accidentally dropped on my face during their visiting. WE do not recommend this dental office. Unsatisfactory dental works. Waste of your money.

I had such a wonderful experience at PearlFection Dentistry. Susan was sweet and efficient. She also explained everything that we needed to do clearly so that I knew what to expect for each step. Dr. Stringer was kind and really cared about explaining each part of my care that I will be needing for my teeth. I was so impressed at how professional and caring the entire staff at this dentist is. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Two weeks ago I visited for the first time for a yearly checkup and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan. Susan treated me like she had known me for years and made me feel like I was at the right place. Dr. Stringer is wonderful too and took the time to explain every detail of my x-rays and answered each and every single one of my questions in an easy manner. Let me also mention that I waited very shortly in the waiting area before I was taken back for the Eval. I don’t know what took me so long to switch dentists. I recommend this place 100%.

Dr. Huang has been nothing short of a miracle worker. I don’t know how I got so lucky to find him, but I’m convinced there’s nothing he can’t do. He is truly a master at his craft, all the while being patient and caring.

Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan were amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 3years and they made me feel so comfortable. Getting xrays taken has always been an uncomfortable struggle for me but Susan was so gentle and quick. Wow how the technology has advanced. They pulled up my x-rays on a big monitor and walked me through the findings with such attention to detail. Now I'm excited for the appointments to come knowing ill be getting getting the best care. 5 stars :)

I went to Pearlfection and received great service. Assistant Susan is as nice as they come, and makes sure she gives you all the information needed on why you are there. She answers all your questions as they come up and wants your experience to be pleasant. I received a free teeth whitening kit for starting to go there as well, which was an added bonus.

I've been a patient at PearlFection dentistry since 2019 at the Urbana location. Everybody has been very friendly and welcoming. Doctor Pashai is extremely attentive and thorough. Which ever location she is working I make sure to book an appointment with her. I recently was fitted for whiten trays with dental assistant Susan. She is amazing. It was a great experience. Susan made me feel like a welcomed valued patient. I highly suggest PearlFection to all my friends and family.
